Hi all, I am having an issue with wplotgenerator, I'm hoping someone is able to provide some advice.
I am plotting with an i7 4770k, I am able to reach 10,000-12,000 nonces/min without overclocking. My issue is that the plotter will start plotting in that range and then start dropping to 5,000 nonces/min, then 3,000 nonces/min, all the way down to around 700 nonces/min. This problem used to only happen once in a while but now I am having to restart the plotter every 20-30 minutes to stay in the 10k nonces/min range.
Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone find a way to keep it stable? I am running windows 8.
SOLVED! I reduced the ram usage in wplotgenerator and everything is now stable around 12,000 nonces/min. I also reseated the ram and CPU on the motherboard, but I don't think that was what fixed it. I have 8gb ram installed, so I was using 6gb to plot with, assuming more is better, still leaving a bit for other operations. Well, I was wrong. Follow the readme suggestion regarding the ram command (2x the ram you have installed). I upped it slightly, so now I am using 4.5gb ram for plotting and it's working great.

I also reseated the ram
It's always a problem when the ram stands up and needs to be forced to sit in the slots. "Sit, RAM, sit!" Dangerous times.

what happend with burst eu pool?
You mean uray's pool? It's apparently been down since block 41203 I think. Now I can't get it to load in my browser at all, just that green pinwheel thing going round and round. I'm switching over to burst.ga until it's back online.

Right now there's my project ( BLTPS) which uses Cloud Mining already and will also start paying investors sooner than expected. It isn't HDD based, but who knows in the future!? I think is a little too early to start talking about big investments in cloud infrastructure. I could even build a 1 PB server and start selling shares, but what would happen if, for some reason Burst fails? not only to me or the server, but also to the investors!? It's not like I'm saying this shouldn't be done or Burst will fail! I'm one of those investing quite a lot, so don't misunderstand me. I'm just saying that the risks linked to a new coin have to be weighted, that's why I've started with something on a small scale, able to scale up easily and "mutable" like BLTPS project is. As far as the "site" way of distributing and promoting the initiative, let's just say that, concerning BLTPS, I'll be developing more features as the project scales up but right now I'm fine the way it is, because it is also showing an alternative ways of using the Asset Exchange embedded in Burst. Great points Looking forward to see new features.

Anyone else not showing updates on uray's pool for balances in their addresses?
I wish uray's pool would show how many blocks have gone by since the last one found like some of the other pools do. It's a give and take with each pool interface, uray allows individual address following, others don't. Burst.ga has the number of blocks since last found and all current shares, uray does not.
Also a thought, it would be nice if burstcoin.eu could implement a feature that showed best deadlines from all the various pools, so we can see who is hitting the deadlines.

I am running windows 8.
mine will not run for some reason Are you getting any kind of error? What OS are you running. And do you have Java 7 installed? I had problems running Burst software with Java 8. using java 8 win 7 24gb ram wplot generator staggers of 9+ crap out below that is just hammers using 2 mb ram lmao. il try java 7 and report back. thanks
