I would like to welcome jawitech as our new team member. jawitech will act as "think-tank" (I've been already benefited a lot from him), replying to your questions and together with others be responsible for the marketing. You may already see jawitech's active posts, feel free to PM him whenever you have questions.
Thanks for your kind words, Joe. I'm proud to be a member of your team. I'm not very often online in the IRC channel, but regularly check bitcointalk. In case you need help, have questions, ideas or want to help us, just drop me a line via PM. Unfortunately I was offline for a few days but have to say, I'm impressed. A lot of activity here recently, really appreciate it. Any input from the community is welcome.

Windows software upgrade in the pipeline supports all these pools. However, I am not happy with Suchpool. First it is working ... then it isn't ... then it is again ... now it isn't again. I do not want anybody blaming my software, which works perfectly with the other pools. My software provides automatic failover anyway. Deffo an SEP.

Maybe release the package and let people to test SuchPool out and report the issues. Do you have any idea of the cause? better if we can give SuchPool some clues in order to fix it? As far as I know, there won't be much changes needed once it's up. I may try out the package in following days to have some idea.

Thanks for contribution. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=735170.msg9534151#msg9534151But obviously everyone has followed the instruction very closely, none posted their address (this is my mistake in the thread which didn't mention posting address). ex33s, Arsenay, djm34, vimeav, Blueraiven, Spexx58, Virkster, identifyuser, Karn35, jawitech https://www.reddit.com/r/coinmagi/comments/2m75wf/giveaway_for_supporting_suchpool/Please PM me / post your address in the reddit thread. I will send bounties then.

Nope. I have no idea what the cause is, except that it must be their end. I just tried them again and now it is working, but once again the rate of accepted shares is like thirty times less than the rate I can expect from any of the other pools. It's life Jim, but not as we know it. I will include them in my new software package anyway, but I'm not impressed

Think the miners should get optimization by running from Spexx's package. The following package is purely for simplicity. I didn't yet compare the hash rate, so it may not give you the best result, but the interface is pretty straightforward. It's not a re-compilation of the source code, but rather a collection of a few minerds, to allow one to choose from a menu. The basic running is the same as using command line parameters; I will do some optimizations later on. http://coinmagi.org/files/magi-minerd/Magi-miner.zipLet me know if you run into any problems. Link is dead

I just noticed that it took a while to get accepts (faster at nonce-pool for example) and hashrate was lower, not it's running as on any other pool.

Honestly the only reason why I dont use other than nonce-pool is because they have a lot of hashrate, thus they really take care of their server.

Honestly the only reason why I dont use other than nonce-pool is because they have a lot of hashrate, thus they really take care of their server. High hashrate means more miners = less shares for everyone. Low hashrate, less miners, more shares for each miners. In the end, you should get more or less the same results. It's no offense against them, we are glad suprnova and nonce-pool operate a Magi pool. We just need to spread the hashrate for several reasons.
