Does anyone know what's is Debit_AP and TXFee charged by suprnova? I had thought we already paid the fee to them via the 1%?

Tx Fee is the fee for payouts from pool to your wallet. Debit AP is automatic payout from pool to your wallet (no Fee). Tx Fees are usual on most pools, additionally suprnova charges a 1% fee for each block, nonce-pool only charges Tx fees.

But let me say, the admin of suprnova is a great guy, as well as the admin of nonce-pool. both supported XMG and are worth their fees.

1) We need more pools running, particularly P2pool, and other miners like yam. If you can work on one of these, please help us.

Are you already in touch with some pools? Otherwise I would contact some pools I'm mining other algos and tell them about Magi, asking if they want to operate a pool for XMG.

More pools would be great, but for now I would like to see more support for Suprnova. The situation has become very one-sided with Noncepool having a clear majority. It used to be more evenly split between them. Personally, I split my hashing power across both pools and my earnings from each are roughly the same, despite the huge difference in pool total hashrates. I would encourage people to do the same. As one of the pioneering pools, it is vital that we support Suprnova as much as possible and show our gratitude.

In this case I'd suggest to charge the same fees on both pools to avoid being preferred due to lower fees.

Thanks, jawitech. I haven't contacted pools yet. I received a few PMs who are intersteded to run a XMG pool but has been difficult to set up the M7M stratum; appreciated people can share a pooling guide. The following is a nice guide for scrypt mining using MPOS. Anyone are interested to invest some time on this issue, this can be a start:

Had a look at the pool workers:
nonce-pool: Current Active Workers    117
suprnova: Current Active Workers        152

Wondering are these numbers correct? There were about 500 as I remember.

Some thoughts after reading your post:

My real interest will be payment plugin and get XMG being used in a variety of places.

Why not contacing crypto payment processors who already have a client base and already process payments with other coins as first step?

for example.

This way you have more time developing your own plugin, finding merchants,...

big exchange

I think to get listed on the bigger exchanges, we need more volume and a steady increasing price. Af first step 5k, as next step 10k. To avoid bigger amounts are sold too cheap, we should encourage miners not to dump their coins at low prices (probably increasing of PoS to avoid this) or use autosell features. Paying a fee to get listed i.e. on Bittrex shouldn't be an option. They shall list XMG due to public interest.

We could contact the newer, smaller exchanges at first to become more popular. Seeing a coin on many exchanges makes people more interested.

2) Faucet, news, articles, and aslo a nice infographic design; again contact me if you can do these.
4) Please suggest me what needed to be done for marketing and for development too.

Some more Ideas:

- Branded Prepaid Credit Card
- Twitter Tip Bot
- Donation Plugin for Wordpress, Joomla and other popular CMS (like Paypal's donation button)
- Scrypt Multipool paying out in XMG
- Miner Referral Program (bring us new miners)

Just some ideas to discuss. Let's talk...

Thanks again, these are nice suggestions. coinpayments "The coin must be on at least 1 major/reputable exchange." this makes me hesitated (or not issue? with exchange if I misunderstood). I am supposed to receive news from Polo soon. Either way I put them as the near-future targets.

These are very good to help XMG advertising, I will discuss with our team members; if anyone already has the solution as to how-to/implementation, let me know, XMG will be able to offer supports/bounties for the work.

My suggestions were not ordered by time, so you're right. Smaller exchanges, bigger exchanges, big exchanges, payment gateway/processors would be the best way I think.

Great. Don't forget Comkort and Allcrypt (who have listed a lot of "nearly dead" coins and low volume coins. Probably XMG would bring them some volume...or, as I do when I don't want to pay lots of BTC withdrawal fees...I'm buying some interesting coins with my funds.

Unfortunately I don't have any programming skills and not familiar with linux and such things. I can only help with ideas and trying to build connections. But if you need that, I'm willing to help.

Unless XMG holders can spend their coins in real life or web stores, we need to give them other possibilities to spend their coins. But always the same as other coins have (casino games, dice games) is boring and nothing innovative. Lets do brainstorming what we could provide that's really interesting and innovative. Ideas of the community are very welcome.

I think it would be a good idea to know who in the XMG community has coding skills (no matter what language) and is willing to help developing tools to increase the value of this coin. Knowing that makes it easier to find new ideas.

Regarding the donation button:

Probably someone familiar with WP coding can use this as sample and adapt it to XMG

Some strange statistic in the morning, seems ok now,

nonce-pool: Current Active Workers    482
suprnova: Current Active Workers        165

pls spread hashrates between pools.

I read something about an Android wallet with staking feature for PoS. Would be a nice goodie, especially for people who spend more time with their smartphone than with their computer. Don't know if someone here is able to develop it.
