I am trying to withdraw the remainder of my GEMZ from my Koinify wallet. When I enter in the exact amount I have remaining, I get a pop-up telling me that I don't have enough funds. Am I supposed to deduct the fee for sending? If so, what is that amount, and why isn't Koinify doing this automatically?

I got around that block by subtracting 0.01 from my balance. That request went through, but so far I haven't got a confirm Email from Koinify. For my test withdrawal, I got the Email almost right away.

Let me know whether you accurately calculated the sending fee. If so, I guess I'll deduct 0.01 as well and send it on.

Okay: I managed to bump into the same issue regarding the GetGems GEMZ wallet that a few other have mentioned. I pressed the Wallet tab and got this:

Now, here's what I think is going on: GetGems created a new Counterparty address that's different from the I created on Counterwallet and sent my GEMZ to.

The trouble is, I followed the instructions and entered the same twelve words that I used to set up my account at Counterwallet. Admittedly, the spaces I put between those words were a mixture of manual and automatic - but a misplaced or missing space is enough to create a completely different address.

Since I'd like GetGems to access (some of) my GEMZ, I'd like to suggest a quick hack addition to the Settings page: add the corresponding Counterparty address for the GetGems wallet in plain text. I know that there'll be real out-of-Getgems transfer functionality coming soon, but adding the GetGems wallet address in plaintext will enable me and others like me to get our GEMZ into our GetGems wallets. If I recall correctly, that's where they have to be for us to qualify for the daily airdrop.

Really, all I'm asking for is adding the Getgems Counterparty address - plaintext - in another line in the Settings page of the GetGems app. Just a quick hack, until we can send and receive GEMZ outside of the GetGems ecosystem.


P.S.: GEMZ has settled in at 7150 satoshis at Poloniex on good volume. Looks like there are some sellers who got into the early-bird phase who are trying to dump for a small profit. All I can say is, good luck to them...

the send button doesn't work, clicking it 1000 times still does nothing , no attempt to load, no nothing, like its a broken button that does nothing

I had the same issue on firefox, on opera it worked fine, I'd try another browser.

Just sent a test 2 gems to counterparty. receved the email and replied YES. Noting showed up yet. I guess they are doing it manually. How long does it take normally ?

That's fucking stupid, if there is no reply then you DONT process it surely? Because that is exactly what a hacker would do if they get into your account but don't get your email. Fucking stupid, now I need to keep checking my email that I didn't get a false request to intercept it.
