Did you reply with YES? We're loading our balances with more BTC to over tx fees (more withdrawal request than we expected!) expect them to be processed very soon.
If you have NOT confirmed via e-mail, please do so. We have quite a few requests with no confirmation 'YES' from the users. |

One bug I found is I tried to send gems when I have 0 Gems in my wallet. It at no point gave me any notification I have no Gems and even took me through the process of asking for my pin number and never gave any indication the sending failed even then. App needs a lot of work.

Just a few bugs I've run across in the app.
1. Both Gemz and BTC are not sending. "0.01 bitcoin" or "1 gem" both change the icon and allow me to enter my pin to send the coin but that is it, there is no confirmation of success or fail and when i check my balance in the wallet it is still the same. Sucks cause I keep wanting to show people how easy it is to send. Let me know if there is a work around.
2. Location sharing is not working for the recipient. opens up a blank map page when the map icon is clicked.
3. Wanted to see what entering the wrong pin did. When the wrong pin is entered again there is no response of success or fail, some notification would be good. Then when returning to the wallet to check balance after a wrong pin input, a few seconds after clicking on the wallet the "No response returned from API server. Are you connected to the internet" popped up. After hitting ok it shows the old balance.
That's it for now. Great work so far guys!

no a counterparty asset, but you do get rewarded by the total amount of gemz you have in your account. |

Agree (same issues), confusing and incomplete. Should be addressed asap. We are working to fix the problem with sending GEMZ/BTC within the App. Thank you for the feedback. |

Well personally I don't want to promote it, spread the word or invite friends until the basics work without problems and everything is clear to me so I can explain to others.. People are not gonna try twice. Guess I'm not the only one thinking like this so I the surge in downloads due to invites still has to come. Think most are also waiting for iOS release for the same reason.. I agree with you, don't think the app is fully functional yet, some bugs during the first release which need to be fixed. |
