Koinify Update 1/12/15:

In recent developments and user feedback, we have decided to enable instant withdrawals from your Koinify wallet. With many of our users now using 2-factor authentication, increasing security, many of our users wanted to expedite their withdrawals. All withdraw requests should be immediately processed from here on out, aside from the block confirmation times (10-15 minutes on average).

Please do note that each token withdrawal costs Bitcoin transaction fees, which Koinify subsidizes for up to 20 transactions. If you use up your free quota, you will need to send BTC to your Koinify wallet to cover the transaction fees.

Thanks and feel free to prompt us with any questions, comments, or concerns!

Withdrawal pending for 4 hours now ??

I presume Magma VC's investment of 400K into GEMS was being negotiated before and it was intentionally announced a few days before ICO closure to boost the final sales. What is the business model GEMS proposed to Magma VC? Why didn't Magma buy GEMZ coins instead of equity shares in GEMS project? Wouldn't there be conflict of interest between GEMZ holders and Magma in future?

How so? Magma gets an ownership stake in the Getgems company, which will get revenue from a cut of the advertisisng on the Gems network. At least presumably, the company won't pull in a lot of revenue unless GEMZ are bought by advertisers to advertise on the network. Advertisers have to buy GEMZ to advertise anything on the network.

What possible conflict of interest do you see?

For example, from GEMZ holders point of view, would'nt we want to see multiple advertising platforms to compete each other, not only advertising platform but also any future platforms like music, video distribution, etc, no? GEMS was supposed to be open sourced and decentralized, right? I know the future is not crystal clear but don't we want to know that the latest business model GEMS proposed to Magma?

Ventures company like Magma are not interested into revenues or dividends but by the potential resell value of their part to much bigger company like Google and Facebook.

I really hope Daniel and his team never sell to a Google or FB however much money is offered to them.
