A non-public offering and secondary offerings are not called initial public offerings, those types of sales have different regulator requirements rather than private or secondary offerings.  Anyway, I think shares should still be able to be traded off GLBSE and transfered.  Maybe they should charge a transfer fee like most brokers if they are worried about getting their fee.

but glbse has only 1 type of offering. help design new features and make them properly behave (in the specs) so they don't mislead ppl from real world. ; )

To all purchasers:

I have sent a PM to glbse and Nefario to pay the normal .5% fee to get this straightened out. I agree with your comments and wish we could have handled this privately first, but we are where we are.

My top priority is to have this resolved before Tuesday. If that means working on this during Easter dinner, so be it.

As an update to working with GLBSE, I have spoken with ColdHardMetal on IRC regarding the issue and have expressed my desire to have this resolved as quickly as possible. I have offered suggestions on how to enable transfers and ColdHardMetal has agreed that this issue should be put to rest before Tuesday.

On a more positive note, 9500 bonds have been confirmed sold. 500 will remain to be released on Tuesday.

Thank you again to everyone for your interest. Things are just starting to heat up and there is more to come.

Just to confirm the above. This will be resolved in time for this issue to move forward as planned.

I would also add that we're pretty pleased to see this asset issue taking shape. Our policy reaction wasn't to this asset specifically at all, but it did highlight a potential problem for us that does need to be resolved.

I will consult Nefario today regarding this issue.

Looks like there are orders for around 370 out of the 500 remaining bonds. If you are looking to get in and haven't placed a bid yet, there is a bit of room left.

This actually was an issue a while back, where orders were filled at the best price, but when the price was the same (for multiple orders) it was not sorted by age. This was fixed a few days ago.

So, best price first, when prices are the same, then the oldest order gets filled first.
