Well that was an excellent rant lol now that its out of your system step back take a deep breath and go ahhhhh. Now go on to bittrex and buy back your ltcd. I truly believe in this coin but it will take some time but for now there is other investments as well. ps don't play if you cant afford to lose . Crypto is a risky thing to get involved in that's why its not on the stock markets yet to much price flux but for no hold and who knows what you will have.

All the pre-mine has gone. Even all the rats have abandoned the ship. How bad can it get haha :-) Really? Fuck it! I'm still up to crack the patches. Not sure for how long I can survive alone though. Doh! 0_o Maybe I'm just delusional. I hope the devs sleep restful for the rest of their lives. Thanks human beings! Can't blame ya really. You just exposed who you have been conditioned to be ;-) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9k09WPpNeo

I recently tied up a metric ass-ton of money in another project. As soon as I can liquidate something from somewhere else, I'll throw in some resources to go with yours. I am considering using some of my own LTCD to replace the 'missing' premine funds to be used for bounties etc. If I do this, I'm thinking a multi-sig arrangement so that it would not be possible for anybody to misuse or misappropriate funds in the future. I would like to pow-wow with a few people to get an idea of what the situation is and what it would take to get back on track and on schedule. Would you be willing to set aside our past personal differences? PM me if you like. Ok. I've got enough. Lets take over this and move forward. Fu*k pre-mine. Let's club our own resources and push the coin through ;-)

if the comunity is taking over the first thing is : github must made anew premine in BTC not in LTCD so the market can't be crashed like a bug !!! and multisig for at least 10 people that demonstrate are invested for at least 1% of the coin and before must be made clear who are the people taking over is really easy to close the ltcd thread and making a new one.

reality ? you fell to Scammers after being in an ICO , IPO (more like any other stock and index in the world ICO or not got your portfolio down 25 % or 85 %) Now SEC is helping you getting back up your lost money maybe....

If they decide to turn it over to the community I recommend setting up a committee and having teams that are responsible for the various areas such as development, PR, Website and Forum Moderators, etc... I also recommend full transparency... It's the only way to gain and keep trust... There should be weekly development updates... Members of the dev team should be known... Pictures and names... I have seen the community take over a coins development before and run with it very nicely so I know it can be done!! We will not go quietly into the night... We will turn things around and get things moving... We have a strong community we just need to organize and just do it!!
Cheers,
Ghosty

Since the pre-mine is gone and the dev does not give up the info or is never heard from again, we need to know what steps can be taken the insure that the blockchain keeps running, hate to have the wallet not able to run. If you have this info or know someone that can help the community to work through this please share it.

I have PM'd the dev and encouraged him to turn it over to the community but to also stay involved as a coder and member of the dev team... We need coders and it was his project so I hope he takes the advice and decides to let the community take over the coin... We will see what he has to say... It would be a shame if he decided to walk away and leave everyone without a means to turn this ship around... If he does decide to turn it all over then we need to figure out who will be holding the keys so to speak... It looks like we have a few people willing to volunteer but we need to discuss and figure out a way for the community to decide upon who will be on the dev team... Maybe have people volunteer for various positions and put it to a vote if there are more candidates then what is needed? Suggestions?
Cheers,
Ghosty

I completely agree with you. Whine and grumble does not work. But together we can do it LTCD to stand up again. I have many of my BTC plugged in LTCD. Because I believed in the idea. Our community is large and many of us have contacts that can be helpful. So why go with loss if there are better options. Together we are strong

I dont know whats funnier...
The fact that many of you didnt dump after the horrid website launch which was a huge red flag as it looked suspiciously similar to the Fortress Crypto investments scam webpages as it shared some of the same images (you could've still gotten out from 800-1000 sats then), followed by LOL worthy video promotions, plus early doubts about the HUGE 3% premine.
OR
Most of you who initially invested because this coin was named LitecoinDARK. Investing in this after witnessing the BitcoinDARK rally and here you guys were expecting LTCD to do the same. I mean, cmon really? Now you guys want to gather up as a community coz you 'believe' in this coin? lool
You people need to start accepting losses. Learning from your mistakes is what improves one as a trader. You can baghold this to sub 100 sat, or you can let go now and move on. You can keep up the denial, but community take-overs rarely work, and when they do, they're extremely short-lived. And face it, 95% of the people who want a community-take over are those hoping for any type of news or improvement on the coin...just enough for them to hopefully dump at break-even or minimize losses as much as possible. They dont give a damn about the tech...oh wait..what tech? LTCD has had nothing to offer from the very beginning until now...and I truly pity those people who preach "Lets get LTCD on SuperNet/Blocknet!!" lol...first off, Blocknet is a scam created by the very same group of people who created the coins tied to it. They're not going to add some random coin that is not part of their inner circle, and worse, has absolutely nothing to offer. Second, SuperNET will not take LTCD, I can guarantee you that. It's just another shitcoin to them.
So yeah. Its about time you guys open your eyes and accept loss. The alt market volume is deteriorating as the days go by as volume continues to move to btc/fiat exchanges and volume will definitely not return for LTCD for a 'pump' to 1k sat. As another piece of advice, once you're able to salvage what BTC you could from selling your remaining LTCD, go find the gems on the market right now. There are a handful of alts out right now that will definitely experience a boom once volume is back within the next 2 months. Set your low buys and be patient.

ok this i can answer , the blockchain stops when the mining stops even when pos will be started, so don't jump out the mining pool pool operator don't close the LTCD mining thanks , you will be compensated and in BTC i'm talking to the members that are mining , so with vicvelcro i was talking to make a premine in BTC with multisig , to speak clearly every member of a comunity board will have a vote to make 3-5 people have a part of the key to the wallet we need some pool operator to mantain the blockchain to be precise at least 3 wallet are needed to have a distribution of mining power under 51 % for any wallet mining it's needed that the pool operator for LTCD mining (if the pool has more than 51 %) has to use at least 2 wallet for the minining to ensure the blockchain doesn't fork

Brief sum up: The dev TrollbyFire is missing. Litecoindark and Xircom are still here and trying to get a hold of him but without much succes so far. We're anxiously waiting for response about the missing dev. Worst case TrollbyFire stays dark and therefore the community is now talking things over to jump in if needed
