The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

no no, the v2 is the latest, for now
you can use "git clone" to replace the zip download + extract, but result is the same (its only important for linux which need to keep some execution permissions on the build scripts)

Thanks again Maybe your lines above could be placed in the FAQ?

Hi,
can anyone advice me how to mine on Suprnova's DGBGCoin Pool with ccminer 2.0?
The Pool shows me always the half of Hashrate from the Hashrate provided by ccminer 2.0. I think thre is a problem with the difficulty, becaus after a while the miner find very less shares. If I use ccminer 1.2 it works fine...
Has anyone the same problem on Suprnova's DGBGCoin Pool with ccminer 2.0?

Is there any chance of getting the DCR miner cap raised? At least base it on IPs and not number of miners connected, it's shitty having to diagnose 'server full' messages when only a handful of your rigs are getting them and if any of them disconnect it swaps to other rigs. It doesn't always trigger a failover event either so it'll just sit there and retry constantly.

try "-f 2" some pools use different factors on this algo

Anyone currently using this on Ubuntu 14.04? I'm getting an error when I try to compile "nvcc fatal : Path to libdevice library not specified.
I did some editing on the Makefile to add "--dont-use-profile" options and set everything manually but I get a "cicc message not found" (using "nvcc --dont-use-profile -ldir /usr/local/cuda/lib64/ -I /usr/local/cuda/include/ -L /usr/local/cuda/lib64/" argument)
I can run "nvcc --version" from the command line and it displays Cuda 6.5 installed correctly. Is CUDA possibly not installed correctly? Hoping someone can help with this.

Epsylon, any way to build with compute capabilities limited let's say to 5.0 and Greater? Thanks in advance

Would it be a good idea to add compute_61,sm_61; for a specific build for my own GTX1050Ti (and remove the other compute levels)? Thanks

Epsylon is it possible to get whitelisted on your server so the miner limits don't apply? By address preferably.

i cant handle well the 2000 china miners which disconnect/reconnect at the same time for now... so i disabled VTC for the moment

I assume you're talking about DCR not VTC, right?
Seems like the best place to mine DCR so it's kinda desireable. You do a good job on most of your pools, you should look into making things bigger. Zcash, Ethereum, Decred... Considering how terrible a lot of the pools are or they straight up skim, it's good to have a nice solid pool.

Tried the Compute 6.1 version for GTX1050Ti (not limted to it) for 18+ hrs as of now. From 585H/s to 606H/s but the most notable result is that now I've a more consistent flow of shares, with higher diffs.

since sunday, i see new problems on their chain (some of the blocks found were forked before the first confirm) ... i hope its temporary (big wallet update today or tomorrow) Else, im currently under attack on the fiber since a few hours.. you can expect connections difficulties today so

The nethash and difficulty is so high for Dcr right now it's not worth mining anymore. The big spurt in earnings is over, guess asians didn't get the memo. Earnings in Dcr is probably going to be garbage for a couple days as the fallout clears out. I'd still like to get whitelisted in some form, IP or address. I don't think it's a bad idea to whitelist regulars from BCT in general. Most of the troublemakers don't bother being social and would give perks to people who try to participate in the community.
