Hey BA, just popped over to your forum as I haven't been there in a while. Although, it seems I didn't miss much as everyone is still complaining and bitching about what fuck ups you guys are. Way to really come through and deliver, you really seem to have this process down. Oh wait, you haven't. You have had chips for over 2 months, and absolutely nothing to show for it. You couldn't engineer your way out of a paper bag. Don't you think its kind of telling that a company has to delete almost every single post in their threads because people hate them so much? Really good job with the compensation btw, still not a single person has gotten a compensation unit. So that 50% compensation, yea thats basically worthless now. And just in time for AsicMiner to announce they will about double the current network speed. Way to go BA, lining your own pockets at the expense of your customers, not a good business plan, trust me.

I can assure you that I am paid by no one to post anything here. You have screwed me over (as well as Pentax I believe and many many many others). That is why I post here. You are insolent little assholes and I will make sure you do not receive any more money from people who you will string along for months out until their investment is worthless. I simply am at work, probably much like you guys, not doing anything, and everytime my little account shows a deleted message, it takes two seconds to repost it so that future potential customers can move on after looking at your, "accomplishments". Good luck in court, because I guarantee that it isn't me, but a very large percentage of your customers who don't want your shit X-3's because they are way overpriced.
BTW, nice one on the controller. Way to use really high quality parts like you said you would. Not even knowing what is going into your machines, way to do business.

Oh, and instead of addressing our points, you just delete posts. You think that is anyway to instill any type of confidence in your customers? You don't give a shit about any of us, and that is why you have so many enemies, trust me, other competitors don't need to pay people to point out your shortcomings. They don't even fear you and you do enough damage to yourselves that they don't even have to worry about you.
Tell me, what is it like to be as big of an abomination as BFL is? When people say BFL, it can really mean two different companies in this day and age.

Dear Customers,
We apologize for the lack of updates during the last few weeks; We have been very busy working with the factories to get your long awaited miner.
As you well know we have been shipping X1s for almost a month. In the last few days we began shipping X3s alongside X1s. We still have days until we finish all the queue.
During the last week we have fixed few issues with our products: 1. We found that Onsemi has given us wrong information regarding a controller; They have told us that NCP5392P is exactly the same as NCP5392E with only one pin difference (that we were not using). As they were in shortage of NCP5392P they sold us NCP5392E. However, after assembly we have found out that this controller fed wrong PWM to the mosfets shutting down the low side mosfet when it shouldn't. This resulted 5% of the mosfets burned and all miners were using 20-30% more power. We are currently looking into how to correct the PWM of NCP5392E and will contact customers who have received boards with this controller in order to provide them with a fix. We have begun to rework thousands of boards in order to replace NCP5392E with NCP5392P. 2. During transportation hashboards were able to exit their slot therefore we needed to find a solution to fix this.
For these reasons we were unable to enter mass production for X3 last week.
We are happy to report that we have overcome all obstacles and we are now shipping X3s as well.
Regarding this thread, we always welcome constructive feedback. However, as we finally went full throttle into shipping at least one competitor is trying to keep away customers from us: Individuals on this forum which are not even our customers (Eg. Pentax, DebitMe, and few others) are probably being paid to spend their full time here to flood this thread with misleading information. For this reason we have decided to delete such posts.
We will post pictures in few minutes.
Why would a competitor need to try and keep customers away from you? You are doing a DAMN GOOD job of that yourself. HAHA BOOM!

Most of our customers are entitled to be upset for this delay but we think the garbage going on in this thread is unacceptable and must be pruned. There are about 5 people flooding this that consider themselves to represent all our customers. We have contacted them in private messages to check what is the status of their order and they have indeed been unable to provide us with a valid order number which led ourselves to believe that at least one must be funded by one of our competitor.
This "garbage" is 100% YOUR fault for failing completely to keep customers updated, and reneging your compensation/price matching promises. It's not acceptable to keep making promises to start production or ship, then disappear completely for weeks without any explanation, and it is our right as customers to seek a resolution of this situation through other channels when BA has completely shut down customer service entirely.

You're a bunch of filthy liars. Once my deadline for the refund is over tomorrow evening, I'll open up all the details I have from my private conversations with David here (in the unmoderated thread since you're oh so honest and transparent), you can bet you'll have a shitstorm flying at you after that, with all the crap I got on you.
You can also tell Mr. Sovu that I've talked to my legal council about the possibility of contacting interpol based on his hands in this as directory of BA, respectively Merlion Holding Ltd. I'm sure those guys will be interested to question him about his shenannigans in Romania as well.

OK! If you really want to make it right by your customers, then start by answering some simple questions, I will try to keep them very to the point that should require short concise answers... We have always been upfront and never lied to our customers. We always kept them up to date with what is going on.
Why, when it was less than two months until February 28th, did you state numerous times that you were on track to meet your shipping targets, knowing full well that no tape out process has begun? That is one instance, there are others that I or others could easily find. We are currently improving in every way and will be trying to make up towards our customers during the following months.
How can you justify, making it up to your customers in the coming MONTHS? Your chips are already behind other manufacturers, and are only getting more outdated with each passing day. The X-1 comp is already practically worthless, and the X-3 is approaching that point. Do you honestly believe that any single customer will make back the bitcoin they spent on your machines? And if so, please detail out how and why you think that? Most of our customers are entitled to be upset for this delay but we think the garbage going on in this thread is unacceptable and must be pruned.
Please point out where any person has lied or spread falsities about your company (besides yourselves). Everything I have said is absolutely true, and has been based on either your actions or what you have said. So I am unsure as to what, "garbage" you are referring to. The reason why we've tested on live pool is that cgminer --benchmark is buggy: reports the speed wrong (1.4Thash on X3) and does not turn on the SPI leds to confirm that the miner is working properly.
First time you have said this as an explanation. Sure doesn't sound like the, "We always kept them up to date with what is going on." spirit. There are about 5 people flooding this that consider themselves to represent all our customers.
There have been many many customers of yours who have contacted me asking about what lawyers I have talked to and asking my opinion on what they should do. MinerSource is so bled for cash that they are knowingly breaking the law in an attempt to stay alive by not sending out more refunds, because so many people have requested them. I would say the proof is in the pudding so to speak. We have contacted them in private messages to check what is the status of their order and they have indeed been unable to provide us with a valid order number which led ourselves to believe that at least one must be funded by one of our competitor.
I have previously stated that I ordered through MinerSource and have since gotten a refund for all of my orders. I am very happy with them, and commend them in putting up with this situation. As previously stated, I did have an order with you, you screwed me and many others. I am still unsure what, "competitors" you are referring to, as the real ASIC manufacturers laugh when they hear BFL or BA. Also, why would I tell you if I had an order still pending with you guys? You have threatened to without compensation for people who questioned you in the past, I can only imagine what you would do to my order that is still with you. Here is a chance for you to answer some real questions from your customers. I doubt you will, and will opt to run and hide and delete my post (which I will repost), but regardless, your, "apology" (which is another reason I am pissed, because until that post, you have never once taken credit for the failures of this venture, its always someone or somebody else), doesn't mean much without action.

Unfortunately as you are not our customer we cannot spend time to answer your questions. HAHA, look at every person who has posted since your little, "update" aka delay excuse. You have screwed over every single one of them, and they are all laughing at the joke that you are. No one has said, "good job" or "keep it up", they are posted remarks about how incompetent you are. So continue to hide under the delusion that it is like 5 people, when in fact, you will not get a repeat customer out of the majority of the people here. Then we will see how far you can go without any more funding coming in. If you really are that strapped for cash, then another chip run can't happen, even though you would be better off buying AM chips in bulk.

So this is the company paying you..... Oh please, I have hawked AsicMiner and Bitmaintech in the last 2 hours on this thread. Do you honestly believe they are paying me to go after you? Why would they? They ship quality products from in stock, and guess what, not a single of their units have ever exploded. Guess those high quality parts are pretty easy to come by. Look at all of these replies BA. No one is saying good job, they are laughing. You don't have to answer to me anymore (although I won't leave then), but you are screwing them over and throwing it in their face. Real classy. I don't need your chips btw, as I have ordered and received miners from all aforementioned companies, and no matter the power specs, having a miner in hand today is better than whatever your offering. Also, your power specs have left something to be desired.
