Everyone was right, FJ can't be reasoned with. Way to stubborn and behind to know anything about customer satisfaction, customer retention or just marketing for a fresh client base overall.

Get with the times and wake up! There is a reason why many businesses went extinct. If you refuse to change and evolve with the times and current demands then be ready to be left behind. I won't bother FJ about this ever again seeing as there is no point to it.

First of all, people get hacked when not using any kinds of bots or scripts or anything of the sort. We are on the internet and its a dangerous place. Saying

actually means stop using the internet because that's the only true way of never getting hacked. A person on primedice got hacked just yesterday and he doesn't know what a bot even is. Fact is you will get hacked if you use a weak password etc.. Using a bot that is already trusted by many won't add or subtract to this equation because seuntjies bot is already trusted, a lot more than FJ is trusted (willing to supply details on exactly why so many people don't trust FJ anymore).

So to recap, using UNTRUSTED bots and weak passwords etc. will make the chances of you getting jacked a lot higher. Using a bot that's already trusted won't up the risk anymore than the risk that you're going through right now.

Also no one here is a bully or fighting. Time is precious and a lot of people just don't have the time to create an account here to voice their opinion on single matter. I am basically representing a lot of them (willing to supply names if needed).

But yes, the vagueness of most of their answers is worrisome to say the least. It's almost as though they either just don't care enough to give a valid responce. Supporting this idea as well, their freerolls does not give any significant effects to the ring game tables. I would prefer to see more active ring game tables, and give rewards to active players on ring game with a ticket for a big freeroll every week/month.

Implying the freerolls could be the worst marketing strategy ever is also implying that it could be the best decision to discontinue that strategy in order to elevate the experience which this user is clearly not fond of at the moment.

Poker rooms don't get raped by hosting freerolls. It's usually a statement that they are new, they are here to stay and they have the bankroll to actually host the freerolls in the first place which is a good sign.

Unless FJ is trying to attract players who have no money or just refuse to deposit it, FJs freeroll marketing strategy is horrible.

If it was a good strategy, there would be games running other than freerolls.

pretty much agree with this. but if FJ will not remove the free for all freeroll, maybe they can put some exclusive freeroll like nitrogen do. play x amount of cash game hands and be qualified to a freeroll. at least it will start some cash game traffic, those who won from free for all freerolls will have something to play for.
