Nice! I got my first and only block with an S3+

It's always cool seeing a small miner hit a block.

On kano when you find a block you get your pplns share.

Which is about 0.005/0.006 btc for 4.4Ths currently

On a solo pool you get approx 25btc minus pool fee.

It's possible to hit a block mining with just your computer... it's just extremely unlikely to do so Wink

Very very unlikely to do so!  Anything is possible though... I hit my first block after only 2 weeks of mining with a single SP20 (it wasn't at this pool unfortunately)!  Funny thing is, I missed out on seeing the "best share" for that block in the web interface.  That morning I was adding 3 new miners and had unplugged/replugged to move it from 120V to a new 240V location.  Apparently it happened just seconds prior to when I unplugged it.  I was stunned when I checked my email after powering it back up!

I'm getting a new miner and will be unplugging/plugging things again today.  Can history repeat itself?

Ya rentals suck right now. Prices have been on the rise for the last week.

They haven't really been all that bad. I rented at .0043-.0045 for a large part of the past few days, sometimes even closer to .0040. Seems like someone comes in once a day and buys up all available power on both sides for 3 or 4 hours and sets their price way above the current top, like in the .0060s. Very irritating. At least prices have come back down once that has run its course.

Oh well, last block put me at break-even so now lets hit a few more to make this worth the trouble!

Ya. Right now there are a few rather large orders in the queue right now, even 1 infinite. Hope they run out soon.

So I guess we average 1 page per block on the forum, just breaking page 500 here. Funny how that worked out!
