Payout 389488 sent and confirmed

--

Hi guys.  I just turned my s7 to the pool ヽ༼◕ل͜◕༽ノ and I have a smallish question.  I set min diff to 4096 but I'm sure its supposed to be x2 or x4 higher, I know the pool adjusts it automatically but i've been on it for over 5 hours and it hasnt.  So question = what diff should I manually set, or put it to 0 ?
Well as Nuttycoins said above, set it some value not quite a power of 2 if you wish to set it yourself for an antminer.

What you actually set it to though, will only affect variance, it won't affect your expected rewards.
The pool will adjust it up pretty quickly (almost immediately) if it is too low.
By 'too low' we mean you are sending shares noticeably faster than about 18 per minute.

To further comment, I found that if you actually try to set the diff, the pool vardiff won't perform any adjustment (I don't know why). It stays at whatever diff you entered. Best thing I found to do, is set the 'worker' diffs to 0 (zero) and leave it alone. Sometimes it takes finding a block before that kicks in...but let the pool handle the settings.

Hope that helps!

The last 3 blocks found by bitminerpro were from S3s.

~11 S3s are just as likely to find a block as 1 S7. It isn't the speed of the individual machine, it's the overall total hashrate.

I still run some S3s myself.  They have been for the most part solid machines.

There is no merged mining - no alt coins attached to the pool in any way.
This has the advantage of only having to depend on the bitcoin blockchain and bitcoind without having other old/unsupported or otherwise, blockchain code running on the pool.

Orphans are not paid.
Payment of orphans by pools is funded by adding a fee to cover them.
Seems pointless to me to charge people a fee to cover paying them back Smiley

NICE .

i'm also waiting for my RMA s7 b5 board(1). Just reached PRC, hope they fix it fast & ship it back.

will be adding some power when more miners arrive. UPS is SLOW ! well i guess they're in x'mas mood.

some x'mas mood for us too ! keep them coming. Pool is slowly growing. hope to see more miners join us.

I think someone with s3 & abt 5 ths hit on cksolo.

mr K,

may i suggest adding server to the pool like cksolo ? Asia, EU & USofA ?
