Very new here. Signed onto kano pool this morning mining to wallet address. How do I navigate to my rewards page to check my progress?

Welcome!  Yep, you would get much better info if you created an account and mined to a worker name.  Make sure you put in your wallet address for payouts under Accounts/Settings!  There are was too many pages in this thread for you to read through but if you look at these links it will help you get a little insight into the 5Nd payout model here. Grin

This may help you to get an understanding of the 5Nd payout model and the 5Nd "ramp". Smiley

Man, guys... New mining location still seems to be too hot even though its exhausting out a dryer vent... Hashing has dropped from 3.75 to 3.0... It must be too hot in the back room of our new house. Cry

You may find, the dryer vent, might be a bottle neck in your exhaust. Most standard vents are 4" in diameter. You'll need atleast 6" to
get a good cfm flow. If you have more than 1 miner attached, you'll need around 10". The length of the hose connecting miners, to the
vent can also be too long. If it is, you'll need an in line fan, or similar, to pull the air through the hose. The fans on miners do not handle
the static back pressure very well, they like to breath freely.

Haven't setup my desktop in the new house yet. Will check this evening. Cgminer was showing ~35 ~65 ~70. Not sure why there's 3 numbers, though.

Thanks. Just one Avalon6 on a ~4'x4" bendy aluminum vent. I'll look into upgrading to a shorter 6" ASAP.

I have had close to 15 feet of 5 inch insulated flexible pipe on one miner for a bit to put heat into one room in a basement, and the temp only went up 3 or 4 deg only.  Ambient was around 21 or 22 deg c in the room it was pulling air from.  Had no pipe on the intake.  No helping fans.  I was actually surprised that it stayed so cool.  still was low 83-85 chip temps average.

If you have had it running for a while, blow out the dust with a compressor.  Dont forget to block the fans from rotating  when you use the compressor.

I've found with my Avalons, I can get the temps down with a standard box fan. I just use it to circulate cooler air, towards the "non-fan" side. I wish they had a double fan design, they'd be the best.

My mining "space" is being put in a basement as well. Yesterday it was 86°f outside, 75°f in the main floor of my house, and 50°f in the dungeon. On a 100°f day, its about 65°f down there. I have 6" fan adapters vented directly out the north side window. The concrete walls, and floor, really help. In the winter, they'll be piped into the HVAC system. Ole Michigan winters can be harsh!!! Ha!!!

Dryer vents are usually only 4 inches. I found that 4 inch is too restrictive to keep the miners properly cool. You need to vent each minor out through a 6 inch tube. I used 6 inch flex tube off the back of each miner and out a window and it works like a charm.

I know very small sample size but it looks like Kano hasn't really been lucky on getting the first block of the month.
