Maryj is working on establishing legitimate banking license in order to transmit funds internationally without repercussion.

Just to Clarify We Never Received the ICO Funds from CEX.   Id love to know who got that money.

No one cares. Grow a pair, and step up to the plate or I am going to take over this coin and do something with it, WITHOUT ANY ICO FUNDS.

And if you truly didn't get the ICO funds, which I don't believe, then you should have filed a law suit and gotten it. But again, I don't buy it. You would have made a huge fuss rather than waiting two years to tell everyone.

Plans are to present the community with my proposal, ill be forking the coin and reviving it. I gotta put together a couple more things and then ill be ready to create an announcement thread . In the meantime, yes i definitely need help with this project. I'm happy to take it over but not without some serious effort from the community.  Last time i did this, i worked for 5 months without pay as Adam held all the ICO money , and i have my plate full right now..but that's not to say im not down to do this. Im down, just want some help this time.

There's a lot of people who don't want to see their coins vanish, and since I am able, I would be happy to revive the project through a fork so I can make a few changes to it. I'm not gonna abandon this community like Adam did.

I definitely care about the MaryJ community, I've become very close with most if not all of the active members. Regarding Adam, there is more than enough plainly visible, severe violations of both federal and state law.

For exhibit A) I want to point out that Adam Garrity foolishly documented his ownership of the MaryjaneCoin (Via Trademark applications, MaryjaneCoin LLC formation) immediately following a well documented ICO in which Adam sold unauthorized securities to United States citizens [Not filing with the appropriate entities to authorize the sale of - Big Mistake #1]. These US citizens who purchased securities from Adam, I would assume the majority if not entirety, are not accredited investors.[Selling to US citizens - Big Mistake #2]  
(Side Note: I doubt he even bothered with KYC information)

For exhibit B) I want to mention the enourmous volume of "promises" (none of which were kept) that were made immediately following the unauthorized selling of securities to non-accredited investors. [Lying to unqualified, defrauded investors about said sale of unauthorized security is Gigantic-Mistake #3]

This trail of lies and bullshit would be quite the spectaclen if he hadn't deleted most of them. But rest assured, a simple subpoena at the proper time will unearth all of his lies and delusions. Unfortunate for would-be-governor-elect Adam Garrity, in my opinion, he lacks even elementary understanding of the legal framework from which financial derivatives such as MaryjaneCoin may be sold.

We, as the (defrauded, misled) community, with the ability to recover all of his lies, have a slam dunk case in whichever direction we want to take it. Speaking from the perspective of someone with a relatively small measure of legal knowledge, he really fucked up. Big time.

Is it too much to ask for him to see through, what he began?

Here's what I would accept from Adam:  in place of an easily won legal battle - (with the blessing of this community):
- Forfeit any remaining legal ownership of anything tied to MaryjaneCoin (outstanding trademarks, patents, copyrights, website domain), to be transferred to Me-(with the MaryJ community's approval)
- An offer to recompensate any defrauded investor seeking to recover restitutionary damages (in lieu of said investor, not agreeing that transferring all remaining legal ownership to me is sufficient compensation)
- You (Adam) will withdraw from every and any MaryjaneCoin affiliated product, service or forum, never to be heard from again.
