maybe give yobit.net a miss. an exchange that has non stop produced the worst of the worst IPO's with not a single one being legitimate isn't good news , they basically earn nothing close to running costs thru exchange fee's alone so are allowing anyone who wants to IPO a crappy clone coin the ability to do so aslong as they can pay A exchange that previously took a similar path was c-cex , which currently is holding many peoples maryjane coins, with them unable to access those funds. |

Maryjanecoin LLC is now Registered as A MSB with FinCEN as to comply with the BSA requirements applicable to financial institutions as well as to each of the specific requirements applicable to MSBs.
A money services business (MSB) is a legal term used by financial regulators to describe businesses that transmit or convert money. The definition was created to encompass more than just banks which normally provide these services to include non-bank financial institutions.

Thank You I am lucky to have someone with major banking experience helping me with great advice and legal paperwork.
Talked with a soon to be uncle in law who manages a a major account thats mainly bitcoin . And they have a good friend who owns a dispensary and edible company here in Denver. So that will be a nice networking experience .

After letting it sync again with the wallet unlocked, the same amount of coins are still unconfirmed. I checked through my transaction history and there is one transaction that is conflicted and happens to be pretty close to the same amount that is unconfirmed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks I am pretty lucky. LOL It's great to say to fudders how she runs of her own Credit Union. She is a big help in the legal paperwork. And maybe one day I can get a bank atm co op network to accept maryj not anytime soon though but one day hopefully ; all depends on how much time and money is invested to get things done in life. Today I had an hour long phone conversation with a Hemp and Cannabis Farm in Colorado that contacted me. They have locations across the country. Currently 100 acres in production and looking to expand with an additional 1,000 acres in 2016. They have a Biochemists with PHd's testing lab and a mobile testing lab in works. Its pretty cool coincidence they contacted me as I have just recently started looking into the potential of hemp farming out here thanks to a member of the Maryjanecoin Community. I have a impressive kickstarter campaign that needs some fine tuning before its launched. But after talking with this company I don't feel it will be needed. And you know I plan to incorporate Maryjanecoin with the products. 200,000 sq ft of greenhouse space next year will be nice with 100 acres outdoor. Company currently has half a mill for reinvesting into the business. And it seemed as they wanted to get big pharma as customers as they have some unique innovations to bring to the table. But I feel I can steer them away from that as I can find more $ in the wealthy members of the public looking for cures as big pharma will just hold cures back from the people who need them. I was told that they have a way to treat alzheimer's and I have been a big advocate to finding preventions and a cure to the disease as I've personally seen how devastating it is. Which leads to why I am working on revamping the wallet to a cleaner version with some pow and over time I want to make a pow phase that will work with the BIONIC software http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/show_user.php?userid=470040 That puts your unused computer power to helping advance science. My passion for crypto is not to make money off of an exchange by selling coins on the community like I have seen so many coin team do before I made MaryJ. I want to show that crypto and cannabis can both be beneficial to society and help people break away from a bad banking system where money is no longer used as a tool for the people but to collect interest on societies advancement in life. Crypto can help people economically and Cannabis can Heal people physically mentally and spiritually. Thank you everyone for your support over the last year now.
