According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I had this. Turns out I hadn't updated properly. Check protocol version with crown-cli getinfo - should be 70051, not 70050.
I also added a bunch of addnodes to crown.conf on VPS and local, but that might not be so important any more.

The Maine thing to remember is that the Texas fee is smaller for Crown. I'm not sure Hawaii you bring this up though.

will there be a systemnode monitor? like the masternode monitor? https://crowncentral.net
Howdy, great to see you still around mate! Smiley

But yes sir, there will. Smiley Sometime next week, CrownCentral.net will receive quite a big update which includes adding/monitoring Systemnodes as well as the ability to calculate earnings for Systemnodes.

Peace!

The new code doesnt compile. any ideas?

One other person has reported this problem. Because the whole core team is at a community meeting in Amsterdam, we haven't had a chance to find out why our build environment compiles it fine but you guys have seen this error:

Quote
test/prevector_tests.cpp:12:31: fatal error: test/test_bitcoin.h: No such file or directory

However, while we haven't had time to diagnose the exact problem, you will find that this config option will do enough to bypass the issue to compile successfuly.

Quote
./configure --disable-tests

I'll make sure that we add this bug to the list to be squashed.

Once the miners have updated, the systemnode will start giving rewards.
Deadline for the miners will be 20-11-2017. The team expects them to update before the deadline.
