Send *polite* email, tweets, facebook, snailmail, etc. to any of his family, friends, employees, school teachers, and acquaintances that can be located. Tell them what has happened and urge them to persuade the thief to return money. Pressure can be applied without harassment or threats. +1 |

Actually, if you refuse to pay your bills and the collectors don't know where to find you they will call your work, parents, siblings, neighbors, etc. so that they can get in touch with you. It's legal to do so in the US at least (with certain restrictions). They do exactly that here in the UK |

This is not doxxing. Doxxing is matching an online persona to a real person. This is simply posting already public information about people associated with Ryan Gentle. That's not really true. Scammers (and I know this from personal experience) will often use good/naive people they can control to sign company documents and then contracts for credit, etc. so that they can keep their hands clean when things blow up. They are very, very good at manipulating people and feel absolutely no remorse for doing it. Ryan isn't a very good scammer in that regard but perhaps he's learning still... |
