I got incredibly lucky and sold all my TYGRR-BOND.P after holding it for about 6 weeks. (~40% interest on a small holding). I sold on Aug. 8th after getting a bad feeling.

I was fully aware that it was a ponzi the entire time. (you can check my post history).

My model for Pirate's ponzi predicted a default sometime from Aug-Oct this year.

The thing about ponzi's is that they always default SOONER than even the most bearish expect. This is because by the time everyone has heard of them, there is no money left. If you have heard of a HYIP, chances are you are already in the endgame/sucker stage, simply due to the required growth pattern.

My GLBSE coins are now all in YABMC, BITBOND and PUREMINING, and I recommend these GLBSE assets, because they seem at least somewhat legit. Although I expect a 30-50% chance of getting burned on these investments.

Unfortunately, I think everyone involved in the BS&T era will get shit for it, no matter what they say, do, or how the contract reads. If this thing ends badly, people are going to hate whoever they can. I for one have been able to come out of this thing up about 65% from where I started. I'll repeat loud and clear, Pirate has not defaulted. A late payment is not a default, he explained why is late and that he will repay us, he's still around everyday, this is not a default.

The contract doesn't say a word about pirate defaulting or not - so who cares what Goat thinks about some alleged Pirate's default?

The contract states clearly (quoting):
1) This is a pass through bond to BTCST.
2) The money gained from the selling of these bonds will go to BTCST.
3) This bond is not guaranteed but will be honored at best effort.
4) The bond will not be bought back unless BTCST refunds the deposit.

Read the above and think...
Even assuming that I am stupid or GLBSE API is wrong, and Goat has not recently put any of his bonds while being unable to deposit a relevant amount into BTCST...
Even assuming that he bought them back, as he claims - it is still violating the contract.

So, cut off the crap!

He doesn't need to buy before selling - he is the bonds' issuer and he has unlimited number of them.
The only thing that counts is this number: https://glbse.com/api/quantity_trading/TYGRR.BOND-P - total number of bonds own by anyone except Goat.
And according to his own contract, this number had no right to change since the BS&T close down was announced.
