update

The 3.546PH AMHash's hashrates have disappeared since 25th Dec 2014. We found this problem two days later,we asked friedcat,he said it was mining farm's maintenance issues, hashrates would come back soon. But one week later, hashrates didn't come back yet. When we asked FC again, we were told that all mining devices were robbed by the partner of the mining farm. And all hashrates were out of control.
After then, FC told us that hashrates from new mining farms will be deployed, but we didn't know the amount at that time.Right now, we still don't receive any update from those new hashrates.

AMHash Team

Still, the payments on your mining address are coming in. How?

Any comment today from the extortionist garbage that has declared this about the only non-scam operation in the universe while slandering about all others in an organized and systematic manner?

Put a lock on the door? If I'm reading this right, the "partner" was actually running the farm.

In any case this is fucked up, not only AM/FC part of it but Rockminer/Amhash too - why drag it out for so long? So they were running as a real ponzi for more than two months now and taking new suckers in (well until havelock keeled over) as if nothing happened. Brilliant.

Not quite. AMHash hasn't sold any contracts since around Christmas and even if they had that still wouldn't be a problem as AM could probably replace 5 PH/s pretty easily.

As for this news though, what the fuck is up with Chinese people and their complete lack of the concept of communication? ASICMiner, AMHash, Rockxie and Friedcat deserve to be punished for trying to hide shit like this, especially after people complaining all last year about their utterly pathetic communications and their promises to do better.

The only thing I can do is leave negative feedback and I will be doing so despite being an AM shareholder.

From the new farm that was said to be deployed? 5 Ph/s isn't that much for a manufacturer, for example, AM produced 60 Ph/s of BE200 last May according to FC. They also had trouble selling that hash power so nobody should really be surprised they could replace it.

So if Friedcat works for Asicminer and Amhash equipment is controlled by Asicminers then surely Asicminers must replace the equipment, if my understanding of this situation is correct?
Amhash team what is been done to replace the equipment "stolen" or with you just be giving up and running with our money?

Depends who you consider owned the equipment. Without seeing carefully worded contracts, you could probably argue it belonged to AM, Amhash or anyone who bought the contracts.

I would like to see some pictures of the empty warehouse and police reports before taking this story at face value however. How many PH can you fit in a truck?

Mining farms
AMHash mining farms are located both in the north and south China, and we are cooperating with professional IDC companies for mining devices deployment, and we also have a good business relationship with local government.
According to their website AMHash worked with internet data center companies for deployment, so they wouldn't actually control the buildings where the hardware is located. A police report would be fun to see though.

Edit2:  Here's the police report.  Hope you can make out the text, only had shitty phone camera Sad

ASICminer owned and maintained the equipment, Rockminer managed the sales. AM has to be held accountable for the loss in my opinion.

Wow this known in December/January and this is the first we hear of it...
There were musings on weibo about this before (~2 weeks back), and a few days ago somebody posted this on reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2xcxun/asicminer_is_dead_a_haiku/
But yeah, information coming out of some companies is slow to non-existent.. always has been, probably forever will be Smiley

So Amhash, what's the B plan? Any plans or intentions for compensating Amhash shareholders?
