FACTS:
FC claimed to have 60 Ph/s worth of wafers.
Income from AMHash sales was at least 4,255.2 BTC.
AM bought back Prismas
AMHash claimed FC said that more hashing power from new farms would be deployed.

Based on the above facts, it is therefore my opinion that AM should have been able to cover the loss. Notice the way I don't claim my opinion is a fact?

According to their website AMHash worked with internet data center companies for deployment, so they wouldn't actually control the buildings where the hardware is located. A police report would be fun to see though.
