No, both spikes are buys. (The 1 minute candle opens at 10.17, spikes to 10.50, closes at 10.13.) |

Both spikes were buys. The reason the volume bar is red is because the close price of that candle stick was lower than it's open due to some minor selling when the candlestick closed. The majority of that volume was buying.
