you've been sayin' this since $2.

I just want the same bargain as anyone else. I don't think I'd have a right to it but it certainly would be nifty  Smiley

In the mean time I'll try to learn how to write a bot, if that doesn't work out.

I wrote a bot for MTGox, I can share it with you. PM me if you are interested.

Yup, it was removed from the order book and placed at 11$ a little later and that makes no sense whatsoever, because now that trader has to buy 0.50$ higher (if it is the same trader).

trying ot prop up the priceand hold it above 11, surely, rather then actually hoping to buy coin.

not sure who is selling but it is quite likely he would not get any amount worth waiting for by keeping that bid wall in at $10.50.....

I always get impatient with my walls and just buy the darn things in smaller, random bursts.

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.

Funny spike just now, with ~26k BTC bought up from 10.40$ to 11.28$. Low market depth.

Is there a technical indicator that "describes" ask/bid market depth over time?

That just means we are not in panic buy mode right now.
Look at the uncharted uptrend since 1 month ago (and also since 30th of July). Until break through that I have no doubt the only way is up (or until we overheat again).
