I have been thinking about this and I just don't think this is something I'm comfortable with.

With an investigation ongoing I can't be sure that the prime controller will still exist after it is over with, which would put me still having professional relationships with the company (if I were to do any work).

I don't mind doing a good press release and taking back over the Voip company (both of which I have started the process of this morning).

I'll need a few minutes of dan peases time to get the outstanding invoices paid for bandwidth and start swapping the billing information out but I can reach him direct no problem.

There may be some confusion here.

The controller I was offering is separate from gaw and would be in exchange for the work (help)

The work is completely outside the company, and is not related to the company.

How would the controller be separate from GAW if it is a GAW asset?

It's not a gaw asset. A number of controllers were told to teampaycoin a while back. Those have all been delivered to them.

Should I reach out to Adam to get more details on the project? I hope you understand how important it is for me to be aware of the scope before committing as this would be sub-contracting work with a very small understanding of the details of the project.

I would also need to secure the prime controller before beginning the project (but I can negotiate with Adam on terms) unless you haven't spoken to him already.

I am managing the project.

Why dont we do this. Since you agreed to taking back smart-tech in your previous email, lets wrap that up.

Once thats done and everything is signed up, then we can revisit this.

If you want to do the work, then we can sign over the controller, if not thats fine too. We should be able to find someone to work for a month and a half for 150k Smiley

Sound good?

curious, the work is for "TeamPaycoin" yet Josh says "I am managing the project." - not so independent then?

He also says the prime controller was sold to "TeamPaycoin", and that he will sign it over to Joe. I guess it's becoming clear that "TeamPaycoin" is the name Josh uses for projects he doesn't want to be publicly associated with himself or with GAW. Everybody's asking who "TeamPaycoin" is – it's Josh.

In the post above it says A number of controllers were told to teampaycoin a while back. we can assume it should say "sold" to Team Paycoin, so they have more then one Prime Controller it would seem?

It's not exactly "sold" to them if Josh can just take it back and give it away to someone else.

I actually did see part of that exchange the day the emails dropped.

To be fair, he gave himself a LOT of time on that, and payouts weren't scheduled until April 1st.

April the 1st is also known as fools day Smiley

I think he actually said that he had a $100 million fund that would ensure the price would always be $20+

... oh, and Josh got his payout way before April the 1st so you are wrong twice over.

The SCAM is up for GAW, do not deposit BTC in Paybase problem with withdrawing they will hold it, I have had mine held for two days. XPY appears to have no future cash out now while it still has value. GAW is a big, long, con.....you were warned...just play the market if you must but not in Paybase

Homero 2 Josh:

"Not withstanding, there are plenty of emails floating around my inbox showing what you have been "comfortable" with in the past."  (I wonder aside from the spray painting what that means.)
We are in the process of hiring a litigation firm to bring legal action against you for attempting to blackmail our company out of money and violating your NDA.

Are you serious?  Is there anyone Homero hasn't threatened with a lawyer?!  How much has he wasted in legal fees one has to wonder.

Probably very little. "process of hiring" means "I was, you know, thinkin' about it."

He threatens to hire lawyers. Scary stuff.

For lulz, I was going to buy an unlimited hashstaker.

Those things are going for over $12! F that. I thought it would be, like, a buck. I buy useless crap from the dollar tree all the time.

But $12. For an unlimited hashstaker that will net you like $2-$3 a year at current prices (not even considering the hyperinflation).

Geez. These people.

Most of us did fall for it at the beginning.. Some just took a little longer.. I'm starting to not feel bad anymore for the ones that are still in.. They are just gambling and then hoping when the company is taken down they can cry SCAM and get something..
