I have been thinking about this and I just don't think this is something I'm comfortable with.
With an investigation ongoing I can't be sure that the prime controller will still exist after it is over with, which would put me still having professional relationships with the company (if I were to do any work).
I don't mind doing a good press release and taking back over the Voip company (both of which I have started the process of this morning).
I'll need a few minutes of dan peases time to get the outstanding invoices paid for bandwidth and start swapping the billing information out but I can reach him direct no problem.

There may be some confusion here.
The controller I was offering is separate from gaw and would be in exchange for the work (help)
The work is completely outside the company, and is not related to the company.

How would the controller be separate from GAW if it is a GAW asset?

It's not a gaw asset. A number of controllers were told to teampaycoin a while back. Those have all been delivered to them.

Should I reach out to Adam to get more details on the project? I hope you understand how important it is for me to be aware of the scope before committing as this would be sub-contracting work with a very small understanding of the details of the project.
I would also need to secure the prime controller before beginning the project (but I can negotiate with Adam on terms) unless you haven't spoken to him already.

I am managing the project.
Why dont we do this. Since you agreed to taking back smart-tech in your previous email, lets wrap that up.
Once thats done and everything is signed up, then we can revisit this.
If you want to do the work, then we can sign over the controller, if not thats fine too. We should be able to find someone to work for a month and a half for 150k
Sound good?
