That statement about the coins is a complete lie. The coins are repeatedly (thousands of times)moving in and out of hundreds of new addresses , many of which are used exactly once and never again, the groups  being split and then recombined over and over. All of these addresses are intertwined. In other words they ALL belong to the same person. In the end all of them end up on exchanges after many, many mixing transactions.

dont know I deleted all my accounts right after Paycoin was announced and just maid a new one to check how fast I will get banned but seriously what forum where actual users post lets you wait 3 days before you can ask a question or contribute to something ?

Well Homero will be in prison eventually so I DO see this happening.  I don't understand why you would be interested then.  It is still nothing more than a PPC clone.

Sure, it has a community behind it but you have seen hashtalk right?  I have no desire to be associated with those people.  It's like reverse natural selection.  Anyone with 2 neurons to rub together has gotten out by now, only those with serious mental deficiencies remain.

its too tainted and it will be the laughing stock of alt coins like its now. theres no coming back from it. keep your dev team and start something new if you have to. but i woudnt bet on that succeeding either

Not entirely sure on jail time, but Josh is certainly going to at the very least slapped with some VERY heavy fines at the end of this. I dont think the SEC has the power to put people in jail (along with most of the agencies mentioned, with the exception of the IRS).
