It has always been this way and that is why it is critical to stick with the facts as we discover them and just keep building up the evidence while spreading the news. In fact, the primary difference between those of us who see Mt.GAW and its operators for who they are and those who are blinded in the face of false promises of wealth is simple - it is the truth.

As long as the truth continues to expose the shortcoming of those who wish to live in a different reality, that is all that really matters when everything is said and done.

When I had a problem and tried to call any of the numbers listed it was not easy to get someone on the line, never got a call back and tickets were closed without any fix, then I would get an email from them asking to rate them. REALLY? I still have all the emails saved, maybe I will need to use them 1 day. Have they fixed this problem? IDK TBH Its been a while since I purchased anything from them but many people have stated that this is still a major problem there.

Yes and no. If he wants to shame Josh into getting a clue (if the OP is telling the truth) and have it his problem resolved, then this is the way to do it. The OP believes he is entitled to special treatment (which may be a legitimate attitude) so calling  a 1-800 number is the same as getting in the back of the queue with more crappy low-level customer support. It is decidedly not special treatment.

When I was in a similar two week long customer service from hell situation, I had to post on the forums to get a mod to look into my ticket. Many people have had to do that. I could have called that number, but I would rather not wait on hold for who knows how long to talk to who knows who.

I also emailed Josh, which is what actually worked. Point being, GAW has proven many times over that traditional customer service channels lead to delay or dead ends.

In my experience, no compliant public company would likely ever invest in a venture like GAW's as there is nothing to back up the money trail for the investor capital that public company would likely utilize to facilitate the expense (i.e. debt). As many know, every public company is A. registered and B. regulated. This involves very detailed yearly financials for ALL common stock holders (large and small) that is the definition of transparency. A $100K investment in a SEC unregistered virtual mining venture would likely never pass the muster of those overseeing that company; let alone the creditors.

The only way I see the OP's story making any sense is if he was using his own personal money to establish and maintain the account in question. However, him saying his company was considering an additional $400K investment contribution adds no substance to that stance.

They tried to release hashstaker upgrades yesterday, caused some sort of security issue, users were logged into wrong accounts etc. So they rolled it back and will try again.
