So you're trying to get GAW on a possible technicality. Damn, someone's getting desperate.

As far as the signal jamming goes, You do realize that you're shooting yourself in the foot? If somehow you do manage to succeed in the lawsuit, I fully expect you do be the full focus of a counter-suit for the exact same reason.

Amazon- ever heard of an NDA?

You and the other uninformed supporters can bash me all you want. It doesn't change the facts. Josh and GAW started this with his baseless legal threats and I will play my part in finishing it.

Please RE-read the information and make your own conclusions. Posting one of my part-time residence addresses will only make your side look worse while proving I have nothing to hide (unlike others).

To clarify, this hardware complaint has to do with GAW and those listed not following FCC and US Customs law, not any individual customer. It also has nothing to do with ham radio. This is just the hardware side of things. We haven't even started to address what is happening on the financial side of the alleged scheme.

Scott-
Scott, kudos on getting the ball rolling on this. i Think we should go vote scott as bitcoin most influential Smiley. One address of yours being public is good, you already have more transparency than GAW's operations... your addressis real Smiley.

But then again the hyperflex chain block doesnt occupy space. its a transdimensional tech thatoccupies another plane of existence. We wouldnt comprehend it even if we could physically visit it.

Is this document just the beginning for the greater exposure?

As for the financial support, well, names like Wallmart and Amazon throwing down a million dollars each have taken care of that.
Retailer support, again, Amazon, Wallmart, etc.
But again, there’s nobody mining the coins… And here comes ZenCloud.
First of all, I’d guess that nobody on zencloud has actually mined any bitcoins, ever. I’d suggest that we are all mining the hell out of HashPoints. I don’t mean you personally, I mean behind the scenes. Our miners are producing HashPoints, which @gaw_ceo is then selling to the retailers. With the profits, he then buys bitcoins to cover the payouts.

Even shills confirm ponzi
How much are you receiving for spreading FUD like this? LOL

You don't seem to realize that bitpop quoted a post from HT (to be fair he didn't post a link or even put quote tags on it):

https://hashtalk.org/topic/15099

So you might wanna contact https://hashtalk.org/user/zidanet and ask him how much he's "receiving".

http://sgb-e.com/pr/For%20Immediate%20Release.pdf

Very interesting. I know that I've read of several reports of people having cell service issues from the old GridSeed Orbs running. However, I wouldn't be surprised that a large warehouse filled with miners wouldn't be generating some sort of interference.

However, one quick question about this document.

It states:
Quote
Furthermore, the alleged violators are continually operating at least one thousands of these unregistered, unlabeled, and uncompliant electronic Bitcoin mining devices within a single 150,000-square foot warehouse in Park Purvis, Mississippi, which are likely transmitting stray radio emissions that may overpower, jam, and/or interfere with legitimately authorized communication services; essentially making these devices federally prohibited “signal jammers”.3

I see that the words used are "likely" and "may." Has there been any testing conducted near the offending location to actually prove that there is stray radio emissions being emitted from GAW's premises; that are interfering with other legal transmissions? Like HAM, cell, AM/FM, etc?

Now, if there is interference happening, and GAW has knowledge about this; this could be quite ugly for them. The FCC doesn't mess around.

What i see in this chat is fear, tons of fear that bitcoin holders will become bitcoin bagholders. Just read this thread and it's easy to spot those with fear in their post.

What I see in your post is one incredibly delusional fellow. I hope to make some money with paycoin but thinking that it will actually compete with BTC, let alone supplant it, is a bit premature at this point.

For real? Go back to kool-aid land, that's hilarious... you are obviously seriously mistaken. I'll keep my BTC and they will be worth much more than your stupid, non-existent shit-coin.

I love my favorite pop-corn thread.

First and most importantly-  People who think this thread is motivated by fearful bitcoin bagholders?  Please, what your smoking?  Share, because that is some amazingly powerful stuff.   Even from the GAW Space-time-hyperflex-blackhole generators -  this is supposed to tie into btc, not dance upon its corpse.   Know the crack you are peddling, don't sell me Black tar in a china white bag.

Secondly-  Don't get the excitement from Scott's complaint.   If it was hard numbers, or a fraud lawsuit, or communications from the SCC-  I could see the excitement from the anti-GAW crowd in the thread.   From my (Admittedly) very limited understanding of the rules and such not, since there is no proof or Standing by Scott, since he isn't near the mythical warehouse, This is more like a "Dear FBI, I've heard uncomfirmed rumors that Josh has Jaywalked at some point in the last year." Type of thing.      We skipped the Murder and Arson charges, and went straight to littering?

Anyways-  back to pop-corn, and hope you all had a good thanksgiving.

Hahaha first off I would like to say that I hold exactly 0 BTC in holdings. I am not interested in trying to make a buck off of it.

Also, you are pumped so full of the Garza delusion that Paycoin will be bigger than BTC that it is actually sad.

Once again, why is it that you are assuming that everyone here is invested in bitcoin only? I'm sure there are some but I certainly doubt it's the majority. Why is it that you refer to them as "bagholders"? How many bitcoin do you own? How many bitcoin does Josh own? How many bitcoins does Josh own that used to be yours? Seems as though you want to be a paycoin "bagholder". Do you believe only in paycoin and have sold every bitcoin and every other alt-coin you have for promises of paycoin? Josh certainly hasn't. Ignorance is bliss and it seems like it's working out quite well for you.

All I can say after reading some of the hateful nonsense in this thread and the PMs a few have sent me is some of you guys sure do not like to practice what you preach here and that makes me almost ashamed I still have my few Zens hashing away in order to support GAW's vision. I consider Scott a friend who has helped me and my family over the years and if that earns me a ban or inclusion on your attack list, then so be it. Just know you are not doing a positive service for GAW.
