Both Favelle and ikeboy were posting on HT as recently as yesterday. I made a post or two about it because they were "having doubts" about their savior. Not sure when their last posts here were.

The death notice is for real. There's lots of little stuff all around the web like http://www.stthomas-usm.org/deathnotices/october-7-2012/ . He was a student at USM. The "Joe Mordica" CTO's linkedin is a graduate of USM.

Wow, good find. And it isn't just similar, it is pretty much a 100% copy, just a different color. This explains why Josh opened up a "design a new Paycoin logo" thread a few days back on HT. Gotta love that gopago is involved with "POS" as well, but the Point Of Sale POS. Maybe when they said Paycoin was going to be a POS coin they meant it would be a PointOfSale coin instead of a PieceOfShit errrr, ProofOfStake coin....

How do you mean? I did a quick google search, and I don't see any overlap (like JM#2 existing while JM#1 was alive). The closest thing to that is the facebook page. I'm just assuming as part of this that new JM got access to dead JM's accounts and kept them going after he passed. If you look, there's an activity gap.

Come on, how is that reasonable?

A reasonable explanation would be that even if the other Facebook page existed it might have been removed (e.g. by relatives) after the person committed suicide. And not everyone is/was on Facebook, more so in 2012.

What I'm trying to say, based on a bit of googling it's very likely there are at least two persons with the same first/last name, different middle names (Payne/Anthony) and different ages (20s/30s), Southern Miss (USM) is a big school in that part of the country, so I don't think there is any soap opera going on here
