I see we're entering another hype cycle, good to see everything going according to plan.  With this new buyback scheme (seeing as he doesn't have to buyback hashlets anymore) we have some of the heat off for Friday but still plenty of time to reveal new conditions and backpedal, a little wiggle room if you will.  The GAWdrones won't dump their XPY they gonna save it to give back to Josh so they can get it back a little bit at a time, sounds familiar. Endless entertainment.  GAWsome!

I am down about $20-25K... I hope Mastercard fights for me.  I have sent them all the screen shots and captures I could find at the time.  I'm hoping there were others that also filed disputes so it would create more awareness.

I am down about $20-25K... I hope Mastercard fights for me.  I have sent them all the screen shots and captures I could find at the time.  I'm hoping there were others that also filed disputes so it would create more awareness.  

There is always small claims court (assuming you are in the US). A multitude of disbursed smaller lawsuits would probably be a lot harder for GAW to fight than a couple large ones where GAW can sick some high dollar scumbag attornies on people with their own money that they gave GAW. The amount one can sue for in small claims court varies from place to place, you might want to check.

Small claims where I live accepts up to $25K.  Looks like I am right at the threshold.  Wouldn't I end up paying more for a lawyer to get my money back than just calling this a loss?

I REALLY hope my disputed claims let's me off the hook.  From what I was told, since I opened the disputes, I will not have to pay against the balance until the disputes have been resolved (between 60-90 days they said)...

And so it happens my luck as well that I sold over 150 paycoin on market yesterday at $2.50... If I held those for a little longer FUCK.

I have no other way of cashing out as I have about 600 XPY in cashtakers for 6 months.

So, if I run out and buy 500 Paycoins I will own 1/2000th of coins that will be redeemed, hypothetically a million coins.

5,000 coins will be redeemed per month and I will get $50 for 2.5 coins ? What a joke. Who the eff is dumb enough to buy this crap ?

i bet the average GAW customer sees this as $50/month for 17 years and therefore $10,000 returned on a $2500 investment.

@Yuzki: You could choose the portion of investment with the most likely avenue of success and thus be under the threshold. If you have a viable case you can likely find a lawyer who will work for a small down payment and the rest on contingent.
