The question is, when are you going to come to grips with the simple fact that you have been taken for a fool, and secondly, perhaps more importantly, when are you going to stop helping this operation rip more people off?

So you would like for me to shout scam with you? Is that what you want? And what am I doing to help this operation? Am I actively convincing people to invest in GAW? Did I ever convince anybody to invest in GAW? No I did not. And you people wonder why nobody believes you every other post is a personal attack. There are only a handful of people on this topic that don't resort to personal attacks.

On the other hand, if you ignored a handful of users here you would have a completely difference experience.  Don't generalize.

You are playing cheerleader for Paycoin. Paycoin is a scam. I do not want anything from you, but do not expect me to have any respect for someone who engages in this sort of activity.

If someone calling you a moron for blindly throwing your money away and openly trying to convince others to do the same, tough shit, grow some thicker bark or get out of the forest.

I'd rather send my money to cryptodouble than paybase.  At least I know there's a albeit slim chance of ROI before I'm a skeleton.

Maybe you shouldn't come into a room full of people and take a giant crap in the middle and then get all pissy when people tell you they don't like the way it smells. That way you wouldn't have to apologize.

I really don't care If I get any return from this but I like the idea of cloud staking and the direction that GAW is going.

Be honest. You don't give two shits about "cloud staking". You only care about the returns. Everyone who has ever invested in any of GAW's get rich quick schemes only cares about the returns.

I really don't care about returns I have never invested one cent of FIAT in anything crypto like i said I mined on block of BTC and that is it. If it give me returns I will be happy if is does not give me returns then so be it.

Please do explain what part of "cloud staking" you care about other than the returns.

Cloud staking (like hashlets) really only consists of returns. There are no other features/functions.

It's all just numbers in a database changing as you are slowly given back part of your original investment.

LMFAO. I think Daffy is (maybe) starting to figure out that he got conned and is now giving it the old "I don't really care if I win, it's just a game" bullshit that every pathetic poor sport who can not accept that they have lost has spouted since the beginning of time.

What I don't get is that there are still so many people believing everything that Garza says.

March last year I bought several miners from them and they were lying right from the start about delivery times.
I got several mails that the items were shipped but I saw they were not in transit, Josh blamed it on USPS but actually the miners were not shipped at all.
Then they were trying to keep me happy with things like 'store credit' and made me part of GAW founders (what ever it means).
I really hate it when people lie, so already in April last year I decided to cancel my last order for a refund (which I was lucky to get) and to never do business with them again.

My story to a "T".........late delivery (by 8-10 days every time),got compensated, but had to fight for it,wasn't just given with ease  Roll Eyes

As for wdl1908,I've been mining since June 2011,mined about 450 BTC since then (most were worth about $6).I've kinda lost all of them by reinvesting in better miners, first with BFL 65nm,a year freakin late & never recouped the 100 BTC spent on them.Earned about 30 instead  Roll Eyes

Then Avalon Klondikes were 5 months late,lost another 150 BTC,recouped 20 BTC....

Almost got bit by Blackarrow for 15 BTC,got refunded by Minersource in Feb thank god  Wink

The rest paid electric bill for miners & with about 40 BTC I bought my upgraded gaming PC parts over the last 3 years..........

So I am VERY suspect with any miner business anymore.

I AM into making a profit with BTC...but suck really bad at it  Cry

What Gaw admin staff dont realise is when and if this is found out to be a scam, the law will find them as guilty as Josh as they knew what was going on and still were part of it.They could lay themselves open to a private suit action.

Seems like everyone already knows. Yet no one has pressed formal charges or initiated litigation.

What I do not understand, is if you have to scream SCAM from the mountaintops, why isn't that  cry backed up by real evidence of wrongdoing, and not just presumed wrongdoing?

I never screamed scam, but I'm just failing to understand how repeated lies and poorly implemented or forgotten promises and other ongoing issues can't be considered wrong by some who have a lower threshold of tolerance for that kind of stuff? If it's not a scam but just a poorly managed business, is it really inconceivable that some people might have their trust in the "intent" affected by that?

No it is not and I agree with you. But a lot of others have screamed scam.

Josh (GAW) took people's money and promised to deliver a variety of things and did not deliver and kept the money.

This is the definition of a SCAM. Case closed.

You have been fucking Paycoined:

The question is, when are you going to come to grips with the simple fact that you have been taken for a fool, and secondly, perhaps more importantly, when are you going to stop helping this operation rip more people off?

Admins on the forum are just volunteers and I really did not volunteer to be an admin. Now Gaw Staff on the other hand are part of the company.

I dont think formal criminal charges can be brought yet,but civil action can and I will bring it shortly in CA.Also today the SEC was notified regarding Gaw Hashtalk and coin-swap for price manipulation and the fact if you buy from paybase your buying pre mine.
Gaw admin are part of the scam if it exists,by banning individuals that ask awkward questions or warn others of scams and I could make a jury believe that

Scam is actually in "real" dictionaries , not just the Urban Dictionary. http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/scamWebsters

To be clear: At this point there is no doubt that what GAW and Josh are pulling is a Scam. They have openly and provably lied to convince people to invest large sums of money and have not delivered what was promised. Whether they have somehow figured out a way to skirt existing laws against blatantly ripping people off and it can somehow be considered "legal" remains to be seen, but I have no doubt that at some point the victims of this Scam are going to find out.

This is not news this is a call to arms and an invitation to riot. And you call this a news agency? Is this the objective reporting that goes on in the crypto world? I'm ashamed then for being in said crypto world.

its only objective if it paints GAW in a good light right? ok pop quiz. there are a lot of news articles questioning GAWs legitimacy highly. Can you please link me one which you think is good? That is unless you dont give merits to both sides...

Seriously? regardless of where the articles was posted on CT the article is clearly labeled an opinion piece.

Concerning Garza, TNABC and Bitcoin Media: ‘Down with Everything Associated with Anyone’ (Op-Ed)

Opinion or news does it really matter it is still a call to arms and an invitation to riot. And people keep wondering why the crypto industry is failing. No established company is eager to step in that hornest nest.

So hashtalks call to raise an anti troll army is GAWSOME and approved by you? Isnt free speech wonderful. If there was no call to arms there would be no revolutions and masses sticking up for themselves. May you should consider moving to china or north korea. They seem to share your ideaologies.

I must admit I have learnt a lot from this thread, thank you to all positive contributors.

I joined GAW because someone said they made fast ROI so immediately i sent loads of money.

I only saw the chimp in action after I had invested but now I ROIed and still have junk in there leave it for their database to keep making me XPY.

Had i lost money on this I would be kicking myself, especially with all the red flags that kept being waved.

At present, non-withstanding this being a scam or not, I would never give a penny to a company run this way, even if they were digging for gold. They are kids they should probably start thinking of doing someone more "productive" with their lives.

The value proposition of a coin that can be used to buy stuff from the internet has been pounded to the ground and is already available in so many variations. The kid has nothing to sell, anyone coming new to this I suggest they just turn around, there is nothing interesting on this show. They will end up just taking money from each other and trading XPY in a closed circle.
