Lmao. "I did not have sexual relations with that woman." But seriously Homero, you're trying to discredit Coinfire, who has blatant proof, by taking several weeks to write a 200 word paragraph saying "No, they're lying. We spent 2 weeks getting proof. Where is the proof? We have it, that's where." Kind of sad. Did anythimg happen to baby Homero that made him this way?

I wonder who Josh is going to blame for his failure to announce the buyback today? I am betting on either no announcement at all or an announcement blaming a delay on the Lawyers, regulatory atmosphere, bla bla.
It's never Homero's fault.

He's going blame his engineers are in home in protest to watch the SuperBowl so he'll launch later. He wants to (recycling) "give us a quality launch and it's going to take more time".

For me the whole PayCoin thing boils down to promising the world and putting themselves in a position where it's impossible for them to make good on their promises.
Josh has got to be the worst businessman ever, I don't see how he can possibly pay for all the litigation and legal costs, chargebacks, all his staff, body guards and then all the development and advertising on top of it all.
The heart of Cryptocurrency really costs very little, if he had that some millions of dollars of funding behind him in the first place then why even collect a giant ICO for it? He could have made the same thing for like 5k and then let the market sort out a price, and then introduce a floor price.
Why aren't the SEC kicking down the doors of the Bitshares guys? Because they built it over time from nothing and their markets are backed by collateral.
He is good at his business. His business is conning rubes out of their money, and he got a bunch of it while barely lifting a finger. He didn't have any funding behind him, but idiots gave him tons of money for literally no reason, and he spent some of it and I'm sure he stashed most of it away.

I'm curious how he can prove the absence of an investigation. Does he have access to somebody in a high enough office of the SEC that has access to every single open investigation from all divisions, can do some kind of search, and can make for certain that there is no open investigation involving GAW, Garza, Mordica, Paycoin, Paybase, btc.com, ZenCloud, or any of the other thousand or so aliases? It seems like it would be nearly impossible to prove the absence of an investigation.
I think he's lying when he says he has proof.

I am not normally a violent person. But that mod Cyberlizard really gets under my skin with his condescending attitude on HT. Doesn't he only make like $150 a week or some shit? He should not take himself so seriously when he makes less in a week than most people spend in a night on a bartab.

I cannot understand why any crypto currency company would register there HQ in the US the worst place possible on earth. No company in the UK has been shut down and the Isle of Man is a crypto haven.Just dont get involved with the US dollar and you can virtually do what you like.I live in Europe now and have my own small exchange on cryptonext and nobody bothers me one bit
There's nothing wrong with starting a crypto business in the US, that is unless you are trying to create a scam. We need more fully regulated/licensed bitcoin businesses and less sketchy/scammy crypto companies made by some unknown guy from his grandmas basement. I'm also surprised anyone would trust you with their money after your involvement with the hashprofit ponzi.

Bitcointalk was down for another 7-8 hours today. This is the third time in little over a week Considering the fact that Theymos has received 6000 bitcoins in donations I am beginning to wonder how much he and Garza may have in common. /rant
