Yeah the mods here helped homero a lot but backed off recently
and everyone thought Theymos was a hero for telling Garza's lawyer to take a hike. What would be brave would be to clean house of the mods here who helped Garza achieve success for long enough to earn the money to send lawyers after Theymos. Talk about reaping what you sow. |

So because GAW never established any checks and balances, any corporate polices on behavior everyone got to do what ever they liked. Customer Support did not exist because there was no policy for it. It was up to the individual support rep to decide how they treat a customer unless they are told by management to fuck em. That explains the support issues where some tickets never get answered and others were done in a few minutes. It was all on the mood they were in at the time. Well Consumer Protection is going to love hearing about this. |
