What I can't believe is how many posts are dedicated to Pay Coin, the funny thing is that the community that was initially built from GAW products was a good one, they raised money for people and generally put Crypto into a good place. It was not until hashlets that the problem started to unravel and the promise of never ending mining. Now I did buy in initially and converted all of my "Hardware". I sold an account at a very good profit. I know of several others who did so as well.

This was never going to end well, GAW would of been better off having a POW coin and point any mining power to the new coin. Once the white paper started to change and the details started to change I suspect a lot of people realized that they were screwed.

After selling my first account due to the obvious questions I had about mining power I did buy in again but only with profit and nothing else, I sold my paycoin at the very beginning of Pay Base for a price between $20 and $8.00.

No one needed to lose but people got greedy, the thing that is the biggest shame is that the GAW community was one of the better ones when it first kicked off. Had of Josh just stayed with mining he would of been able to have the end of mining life by know, the only problem was he did not have the miners to send to those whom may of requested them.

You do know that since its all a fake floor, the majority was always set to lose out. Count yourself extremely lucky for being able to profit.

Everyone cant profit when the market is artificial and not maintained by a real market of buyers and sellers dictating the price.

For Josh's sake I really hope he is totally broke because having your mother vaguely beg for money while spending so much money on shit is so completely unacceptable.

The tone in her voice also seems like Josh doesnt respond if someone doesnt lick his ass completely clean first.

Digusting.

Love the English Tutor listing on that todo list from Amber. Clearly Homero did not finish the course. haha

Also lets not forget the listing about organizing Security. We all know every legit company need their VIP security, lmao.

 Cheesy Cheesy

"EvilPanda's" little campaign. Gawd this is all so hilarious you could not make a funnier comedy out of Homero's entire company and the operation of it

Quote
The campaign has 78 posters and takes 5.5BTC to run for 30 days, so this will be enough until the end of August.
We mostly have Sr. Members now so most of them get 0.1BTC per month.

I still don't have money to pay for the campaign. If you by any chance lost my previous emails I'll copy the message here:

Posted the article about burning KNC miners in their main thread.

Looks like the zen review thread is bringing in money.

Thanks for the thread.  I bought a Falcon today during the sale.  Wanted the War Machine and had it in my cart but when I went to complete it, they were sold out.    Sold my 2 Blades on Ebay which actually paid for the Falcon, so definitely happy with going from 11mh to 27mh and not costing me anything.

Some guy was asking how to make Falcon quieter I pointed him to the thread on hashtalk.

Hashra started selling Zeus products on their site.

ROFL

That is either just extremely common first, middle and last name or he had his sockpuppet post for him on paycoin all this time.

Might be why they had garage sale, he did actually burn through all his customers money and need that garage sale to afford a place under a bridge.

Who really knows.

I haven't got cash for another month of the campaign, and no response to my previous emails, so I guess we'lll be closing down this month. We still have ~80 members, so if you want to do anything just let me know.
I got another resignation today due to "ethical reasons".

I will be DISCONTINUING your well run GAW tag line campaign, with regrets (no reflection on Evil Panda or others here)
I can do virtual cloud mining (people can make choices)...I can do say show a Gambling tag line (ditto people are adults can make choices)
But I CAN'T do a paybase (paycoin) Tag line in that I am of the view it is not an ethical campaign (folks can do their own research on other threads and make their
own conclusions on GAW and Paybase etc...don't want to dirty up the thread here)

This guy here said that he earned money investing in GAW projects but has some concerns and would like to contact you if possible.

Today I read that GAW_CEO is claiming that many are dumping their coins and he warned them. I know Josh and Hashtalk community do not post or come to bitcointalk, but Josh if you read this, answer me. I asked you some questions in my tickets, you did not reply any of them. You can write me a PM or to my email registered on ZenCloud if you want to discuss my issues with GAW.Hope my report will help communtiy to make right decision and on other side GAW can maybe see that there are some very important points which have to redesigned so everybody can be happy.I wish you all best in 2015.

Posted a bit in this thread, but some people are spamming from multiple accounts. Since paybase started having problems there's so much spam the thread is basically unreadable. Below is just a sneak peak.

These off the wall hate posts are so over the top it makes me wonder if they are not actually some sick Cointelpro from the GAW camp to discredit what is being said here in this thread.

Yup, we are hate posters and came to derail the thread Cheesy You must have missed a few pages of sockpuppets posting gifs and laughing at disabilities.
At least we aren't making new accounts every day.

We added some posts into the paycoin thread.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=900970.msg10005265#msg10005265

A new paycoin thread, people are calling it a failure, some are defending:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=911070.msg10005050#msg10005050

Seriously, its not looking good. Hashtalk is melting down ... people are really getting riled up ... now its offline.
Gaw needs to do something if they want to restore some faith and, above all, trust. They made promises and now they pull back. Not good.

Paycoin made a name for itself in few days. I can't think of any coin that has done it in such short time. Call it ponzi, call it scam or whatever you want but it has achieved what all crypto can only wish for in such short amount of time.

Added a comment.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=911070.msg10013656#msg10013656

People are asking in this thread how much GAW made on paycoin. Adding comments:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=911853.msg10013838#msg10013838

I think Gaw developed a loyal following in the early days by selling hardware and cloud mining.
Apparently he treated his customers well and many will attest to making money.
Declining prices pretty much made hardware and cloud mining a losing proposition. That's when the Paycoin idea was hatched.
Was it a grand exit plan? Who knows.

They will think of something. They have the money to do it and they aren't people who pack their bags and run.
The facts are that people, who bought hashlets from GAW early made a lot of money, those who didn't because bitcoin went down and mined hashpoints instead, also made money.
If you mined paycoin you also made money, so IMO GAW is a succesful company.
If you came to the party to sell early and bail without profit, don't blame them, blame yourself.

The overal attitude remains negative and people are recomending to dump it.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=900970.msg10007756#msg10007756

This paycoin thread went completely off topic.

Subject:    Summary of the week
Date:    Sun, 12 Oct 2014 17:59:25 +0200
From:    EP <xoanek@o2.pl>
To:    josh@btc.com

I know this week was a busy one, and you might have not read all the emails I sent you so maybe this will bring you up to speed.
I could make the reports more detailed, or just quote the most important things beside linking the forum posts, you decide how you want it Smiley
It's also possible to group the topics, so the ones that should go to support are separate from the rest.

The attitude towards GAW has changed a bit. A month ago people were demanding photos and shouting ponzi, now they more or less accepted that the business is real and one of the leading service providers.
Most complaints are on the hashtalk bans and the marketplace. I've seen a lot of people suggesting you not to ban every single person questioning you or the moderators. You said yourself during theat small conference few weeks ago, that you want people to leave suggestions. All these baned people just go to other forums like bitcointalk and reddit to cry about it.
Some of the trolls are also sent by LTCGear
Example:
A guy comes and calls you a ponzi, because you sent new miners instead of used ones when someone asked for his units to be shipped
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=720844.msg9174837#msg9174837
And in his next post, he openly recommends LTCGear. So a lot of these posts are fueled by the competition.

We are being supported by some random guys from time to time, don't know if they are GAW's clients or not, but at least 50% of positive comments and troll bashing comes from these people, so we have a lot of fans on the boards.
Bottom line is, we could really have less frustration if hashtalk mods went easy on the bans, maybe they should give out warnings first or tag the acounts somehow to know that this guy already got a warning and can be banned next time he goes out of line?

SUPPORT THREADS:

The second issue is the marketplace. There were 2 problems I came across this week:
A guy who claims his price changed while the hashlet was on the market and he got paid less than he should. You answered that it was his fault, but Samantha told him that other people had same issues and that the case is being investigated, which just assured him he's right. Not much I can do in this situation.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=809563.0

Another issue is a guy who admits he wrote a wrong price, but couldn't cancel the transaction. It would be a good thing to make the marketplace more noob friendly. Make them enter the price twice or allow them to cancel the transaction within a certain time (like 5 min).
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=815230.40

There's a similar thread with a claim made by a scammer, nobody cares about it or answers.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=818650.0

We also have a thread in which some hater whines that the fees are too high and you could drop these and make a profit. Completely ridiculous whining, and the guy has problems with basic grammar and layouts.
His posts look like written by a child.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=731537.80

A thread attacking one of your support guys, who didn't know what blockchain.info is. It's not active the guy just said what he thinks and didn't pursue it further.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=816331.0

There was also that jet case. Some people envied you and some went into rage mode that you are financing all that with their money. Maybe it's better to play humble and not show the Ferrari Cheesy
When you bought btc.com I started getting similar messages from people asking if i'm the one behind the deal. Where's money there are scamers and beggars.

Positive threads and advertising:

GAW vs CEX comparison:
