So what are you demands exactly?

I paid you for the equity in fastxpy
I loaned you the money you asked for to pay devs (which come to find out you did not even pay them)
And I let you use some of my domains, that you know have changed my passwords on

So lets recap. You have:

All the money I loaned you
The initial money I gave you for FastXPY
The domain names you took
15 Prime controllers you were supposed to be managing
And I have:

no software
no access to any software
no access to the coins that I and many other investors own
So what exactly do you feel I should give you?

After releasing Mineral, Josh started to ask to build Coinstand v2, after another 10-14 days me and the devs re-coded the whole thing and the site is even ready to launch now.
Part of the redevelopment agreement was for Josh to invest at least $50,000 of FIAT into Coinstand to fulfill the orders and NOT dump XPY onto the market as soon as someone buys off the website - he has refused this to this day and hence why the website is still not online because I did not want to crash the price to $0 as he did with PayFash Gift Card release.

Most importantly, the coins are not just mine, but they belong to many others. They are not yours to take ownership over and have nothing to do with any over our agreements.

Infact, he currently owes money to the company who was meant to provide this. This is simply an attempt to get the community to put money upfront before the real leg work has even been started. They are never going to reduce the stake rate because the only method to make money on this scam is to dump coins created out of thin air. Anyone trying to find a new way to make money is going to be fucked by that dumping, and the people doing that dumping have no incentive to do anything else.

Maybe that's why so many people were saying this wouldn't work from the start.

The fork to reduce the stake rate to 0-10% was waiting on the identification of the owner of the 15 controllers or a consensus to blacklist them.  

Burn it all.  Burn 6 million coins and buy PayCON.
