Another sleuth sent me this: You can now find him going by “Jaden Garza” and scamming people at Nomad Internet. Just missed his big social media scrub (he knows, we know 🫣🤣) but the freshly edited business page Twitter is @ nomadwisp & the complaints are all over the internet! 👀

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Good god what did she do to her face.. and those embedded flotation devices?? Well he's back with the Lamborghini and private jet as well. What a farce. I'll text/plain it as it's quite frightening. https://ibb.co/4SckVvS I'm really thinking he's got a stash of BTC hidden away. I'm also thinking he bought that Nomad ISP based on this plus the BBB reviews were pretty good up until this year when he obviously came along. The Feds need to investigate where all of sudden he's flush with cash to buy this, have apps made, all that plastic surgery for her etc. etc. Natalie W. 1 star 12/21/2022
They were great before they got greedy and decided to sell to ******** The way the merger happened was completely unprofessional, cutting services to all existing customers for WEEKS and offering no real support or resolution. Trying to get ahold of customer service was a joke and it took hours of my time to get a partial refund as I had paid for a full year and was still 5 months away from completing the year. I still did not get all my money back. Do not do business with this place, they are a joke and a complete scam. Dont just take my word for granted, check ******** check any other review site, all of us customers have experienced the worst customer service.

Based on archive.org, the nomadinternet.com site exists since 2001, was dead from ~2008 and the supposed ownership change probably happened in ~ April of 2020 when the site design changed to the Homero style, which also coincides with his release from prison. Not sure about the BTC stash. Obviously with the run up to $60k+ he would have needed only a few coins for some fancy cars etc. On the other hand, this nomad scam is likely very profitable in the short term. He's charging $100+ per month for something that costs him likely less than $40 and aside from the website and a few paid articles and probably some ads there doesn't seem to be any significant expense... so it's like $50 pure profit per "customer" per month. If he's got at least 1000 suckers (judging by the number of reviews - quite possible) he can live quite lavishly until the feds come knocking again.

That's true, even only 1000 users is a lot since half of that are not even getting service and still paying. The real question is this: Through this scheme, GARZA defrauded hundreds of individuals around the world of a total of $9,182,000. Judge Chatigny ordered GARZA to pay restitution in that amountFrom the DOJ and below an article from the reformer: He started a new business, said Garza's father-in-law, to find a way to pay back his victims and "Because of his strong faith and because it would make God happy. I believe with every fiber of my existence he is sincere ..." No one in court would name the new business or categorize it.I think the Judge even heard about this and based his sentence on it that he had a "secret company" or some shit and had to be kept secret from the trolls. Have any of the victims received a single nickel from him at this time or are they all going to plastic surgery, leased jets and lamborghini? Some other notes: 1. A lost of employees or it might be the staff from the original operation, but the two in the box on the right definitely work there today, the Rawandan and the other guy looks like the food guy in one of the pics. https://www.apollo.io/companies/Nomad-Internet/60c5b926916ce30001e0d808?chart=count2. https://everywhereinternet.com mentioned earlier is the same it has the identical terms of service including the same telephone number, either copied and pasted or a test site for launching the scam as also mentioned. Looks like it sold for $750k in 2021… how do you have $750k in cash or in credit worthiness/poi straight out of prison?…. who do we get into investigate him? probation officer? Any ideas?… Still seeing tons of fresh complaints and new FB groups popping up like “former Nomad internet customers” - enough people that have been scammed sufficiently enough to join a damn Fb group about it. I know there have been tons of FCC and AG complaints, but getting in touch with someone familiar with the scumbag is probably best

According to the Texas taxable entity search the HXO business no longer exists: The explanation for "franchise tax ended" is: The entity's franchise tax responsibilities ended because the entity has ceased to exist in its state or country of formation or has ceased doing business in Texas.I don't recall if it was still active a few days ago when it was first mentioned in this thread. I like the idea that Homero is in full panic mode and closing down his shell companies

Checking name changes in Texas. I got to think since everything is in her name, he has not legally changed his name. At the same time I don't know how operating an internet company with a fake name can be considered legal? Of course he could always say Jaden David are nicknames. https://www.legalzoom.com/articles/how-to-do-a-name-change-in-texasYou're not filing with intent to defraud anyone or to avoid creditors Your new name is not vulgar Your name change is for a good reason, as granting the name change is at the discretion of the court You haven't committed a felony If you have committed a felony, you've either been pardoned or it's been two years since your release from prison or completion of probation[moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

What is with all the fake names? There is another fake company registered in Wyoming called Jada and Jagga Management. So screwy all the subterfuge. The fake company owns their home.

If its this easy to scam and make money why isn't everyone doing it? He had to have stashed some bitcoin. Unless Uncle Stu coughed up more money. I wonder how he is preventing the flow of money from going towards his debtors? I wonder how he cashed the bitcoin? Did he use friends or family to turn it into fiat? Something happened. Wasn't he a waiter for a while at a restaurant? Something changed financially.

It's not that easy for everyone to become a scammer. You have to be a sociopath, you need a certain skillset (to be able to tell people what they want to hear), and it carries certain risks - such as prison. Homero might have had some cash (probably not bitcoins though, remember he was a shitcoiner and there was bear market in 2015) hidden somewhere with family members and used it to start this new scam. But - as I said before - if he had e.g. 100 bitcoins why would he bother scamming again. I'm guessing he didn't have much of a stash.
