Speaking of denials - so apparently the Viagra deal was real, because we don't see any rush to deny it or take it off the website. For some reason I thought it was a hack.

Still think we need a thread:  Non-GAW/ZEN uncensored discussion.  ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-)

Because I could use some good advice on making some btc. Wink

Some people made good money on GAW. We're talking about a company that paid over 1 million USD for a domain and even more for antminers. Don't cross them out yet. Wink

Sure about that price? Below, is a [lower than desirable quality] pic of a portion of an email discussing the pricing of the BTC.com domain HashTitan was looking to, and later did, purchase back in August. Even if true, which is still being investigated, claiming $1M was paid is... well.... just a weeee bit stretch of the truth. Financing an agreed upon price on terms does not mean the buyer PAID that price as long as a balance is still owed in BTC or FIAT. In reality, a "successful" and liquid company or primary executive would pay the agreed upon price in full immediately or within 30 days in order to maintain a viable debt and/or acid-test ratio to investors. IMHO, this type of purchase, along with others such as acquiring an employee's husband's home-based businesses for $8M in equity shares (aka funny money that does not exist), is more short-term marketing hype than strategic and viable business activity.

...and some wonder why I challenge some of the things said and done on the Mt. GAW front.  Roll Eyes

PayCoin will use SHA256 block hashing algorithm (like Bitcoin) and will be mined by GAW using their recent acquisition of 5 PH/s of mining hardware from Bitmain.

a 5PH instamine of a coin they developed themselves

 Cheesy

good luck with that!

So the way I read Homeo’s response is that everything in that article is a lie, including what Walmart, Amazon and Target say. And that he cannot elaborate further that he does indeed have a partnership with them due to NDA’s. However simply stating that he does indeed have NDA’s in place with all three,  continues to suggest that what he says is true. That is he does have a relationship or partnership with all of them.

Someone needs to inform the author of that article that Homero continues imply or suggest that he does indeed have a partnership with them all, despite their insistence he cease immediately doing so since it is not true as far as they are concerned:

“..statements implying this is the case are false...”

and

“"Amazon is not affiliated or partnered with GAW Miners or paycoin"

“... If this company believes it can imply a partnership with Amazon we will be seeing them in court if they don’t stop doing so immediately...”

and

“...Target does not have any record of any partnership with GAW Miners or anyone named Josh Garza...”

LOL @ he was pulled out of a movie by one of these titans to address this all. Even bigger LOL @ he breaches this fantasy MNDA he has with them all when it is him sharing his non-existent ideas with them where they have zero to lose confirming whether they have have such agreements in place. Everything for big mouth Homero to do so while absolutely nothing for any of the three.

Every scam is authored under the old NDA clause  when needed a/k/a/ the wool pulled over your eyes.  Just like we are seeing right now.

It is all the same like the 'meeting with Cantor Fitz' when in reality he had lunch with his buddy where no shop talk is allowed, or he dropped off his buddy's kid's birthday present at reception .... on paper made to like a meeting with Cantor Fitz, to signing up 25.000 new customers where in reality with his ever increasing immediate new website erection and domain name collection all requesting you input your email address if you are interested and wish to receive further news, 25.000 / 3 -- if even that numbers is genuine, is just that, a collection of people who submitted nothing more than their email addresses in order to receive further news. On paper we can say we signed up 25.000 new users. Cannot wait for the next new domain and website to go up. Just keep collecting names there son.

Since he revealed his cards here earlier that all he is trying to do is conjure up a seemingly massive operation in order to sell it 'in the billions' or IPO it, he is padding the numbers and telling lies as each day goes buy solely to make it appear as if it is bigger than it really is. He is trying to 'make this all happen' out of thin air.  Roadmap: let us create a company with 1 million signed up users then sell it or float it. How can we do that. Pretend we are the most profitable cloud miner around, keep pumping out new founds to pay old funds in order to entice new years. Tell lies that we have great proprietary mining hardware and software but that we cannot reveal what it is. Cold call Walmart, Target and Amazon, and try to book an appointment, if they even hint at meeting with us, pretend we have a working relationship. Create new cool websites and buy funky domains, and insert email scraper so that everyone signs up for more news. Take that collection of submitted email addresses and make like they are newly signed up customers.

And around and around we go.

Something wrong with this kid's mentality. It is as if he almost believes this all. Key word into his psyche is 'respect' everywhere he goes he drops that were on his shitty little kindergarten styled forum to even here. 'show respect to the community' 'pleased with the respect shown here to my answers'.... pretty clear what is going on as a high school dropout that is all seeks and wants. It has been bugging him his entire short life. One could even think that he would be content to never even develop any of this and simply continue to drag it all out so that all he has to do is parade around his forum with his subjects bowing at every facial tic that he has, to feed what is so painfully missing in his pathetic little life. Respect.  Poor wife and kids behind closed doors at home. I wonder how many belts are laying around at arms length in there?

Really looking forward to the inevitable implosion down the road. Should open up a betting shop for this. Easiest money to be made !

People who sold got lucky because the prices and payments kept going down. Had there been anothere hashlet hype or bitcoin pump they would be the losers.
It's a gamble, you never know what the day will bring. Maybe tomorrow bitcoin reaches $400 or drops to $300. Maybe paycoin gets some media attention and skyrockets, I wish them all the best.

Or sold Primes when BTC/USD was low.

If you think we are violating securities laws, and the team of attorneys and all the investor relationships are are forming are some how missing that, then report us. But why keep talking about it? You guys honestly think its more believable that with all the capital and visibility we have that it makes more sense for us to be breaking the law and scamming people, then us building this company to sell for billions one day? Again, you just choose to ignore what makes your view make sense, and make up the missing information.

Speaking of selling, just thought it was worth pointing out that Josh does have a long-term goal for GAW. Selling it to someone else.

Not sure how one can advertise anything as "always," when one apparently has no intention of even sticking with the company.

Anyway, as for the Coinfire story, perhaps they tried to submit a support ticket to contact someone? Wink

They should publish their screen caps of ignored emails. Then Josh can claim they were photo-shopped or that pictures don't prove anything. I can't wait for that day.

So did that 5 PH arrive yet or not?

If it didn't arrive yet, are people mining btc worried that the hardware they thought was going to mine for them is going to do something else?

If it did arrrive yet, how are they going to replace that 5 PH when it switches over the Paycoin?

Not sure Coinfire article was the publicity GAW wanted!! All those interviews last week at this is what comes out!

The CEO's MO is make the grand statement then start slowly changing the story to reality. Just skirting be called a lair.

His defense of the article is laughable. Using an NDA to hide behind. I cannot believe people are still defending the BS.

Still time to get out before things start falling to pieces. This forum is a good indicator of how desperate he has become just read through starting in mid 30's.

Did you guys ever see this? I asked Josh about it on Hashtalk but It was removed Immediately and I was banned. Go figure. Smiley

Oddly enough, around that time, the same credit card I used to buy my "hashlets" was used somewhere on the east coast for all kinds of crap. Doesn't matter because its insured and obvious fraud so the bank took care of it but... Just a thought.

Dear Eric,

I'm responding here anonymously, because it seems you are giving nothing on privacy statements and privacy data protection.

In other countries then US, you would propably yourself made a lawsuit only for this.

I noticed that many people, who you call "hackers", are experiencing lot of illegal charges from various companys, all related to GAW Miners, and even from GAW Miners directly on their CreditCards. The charges sum is not at all plausible, so I don't know why you are trying to do this or what is going in your mind by doing so. In the EU, you are going to get a law suit only for trying to illegally charge creditcards without that the holder granted you this transaction. We will see if I get some of these people to start this law suit against you, remember, in EU on illegal charges, you get 5 years of prison and it seems you are doing it at a systematic manner, that would be worse. So instead of accusing us, stealing your bitcoins, what defenitly nobody did, you should check your own illegal activities.

Just to summarize whats going to happen: You are accusing a lot of people being hackers and exploiters and wanting the BTC back from them.

You did say, there will be no more primes to be sold. After Buyback-Buyback was closed, you gave all the resellers, additional codes to sell more primes for another time period. That again, is lying to your customers, creating another demand to invest more money (insider-trading). All people bought the codes from your resellers and redeemed them on your platform, they were paid legal and acquired legal. No exploit was used to get to this point.

The only thing was selling this bought primes on a user market for a user defined price. You did not even see how many MHs a prime has after redeeming, so how could anybody know that were 25 or 1 or 5.

So lets get this straight. You just created this whole thing. You failed with your announcement on no more primes being sold. You failed on delivering codes to your resellers. You failed on redeeming this codes. You failed on stopping your platform in an appropriate time frame, after realising it failed. You failed on how to handle this mess and now generated your own failure into a even bigger failure. And now you are going filing law suits against this users? Because you failed this whole shit and need somebody to blame of?

Think of this: You could have stopped the market. Stopped your resellers selling failed codes. Then bring back the market. What harm would have been done? Every user would have bought Primes and were given the primes they bought. You would have made cash from your resellers, you would have made cash on the market 10% for each sell. Your customers would have been happy. You would have had no problem.

Now you reverted it all, generated another whole big mess and a another PR desaster. You should really think of how you handle situations.

Could you too think of, what is going on if somebody sold their accounts on privat? They probably have nothing to do with it. And you are giving them legal actions warnings...

You really have done a big whole failure here and it will bounce back to you more than you will think of now.

And said all of this, nobody stole BTC from you. You stole them, by reverting your system.

You can answer this email. I will check it and answer you back what your decision is. If you are filing law suits against any of your customers, we are doing it straight way back to you and this will be worse for you then for us.

------ YOUR EMAIL ------

We have detected activity on your account which violates the terms of service as agreed to by you on our ZenCloud platform. We have retrieved audit logs of your activities directly through our ZenCloud Platform, GAW Miners Ecommerce Site, Value Added Re-sellers and our direct sales channels.

The information we have obtained has been forwarded to our attorneys and local law enforcement with jurisdiction over you. We are preparing to take legal and criminal action against you. You will be liable for the BTC your transferred out, as well as legal fees.

Also, about the coinfire.cf article I just read. I would like to personally say to Josh "Hahah hahah ahahahahhahahahahaha Smiley All those kids that follow you on that little Hashtalk forum are going to be so disappointed. I also read your little reply and its so sad. I genuinely feel bad for you now."

That was in the last thread. It was GAW issuing clawbacks and unilateral charges to credit cards after they, or one of their resellers, was sending buyers 25MH activation codes when the buyer only purchased 1MH (or was it 5MH?) activation codes.

Some of those people then started dumping the codes on the marketplace for an instant 2000% profit.

GAW then tried to charge people for the 24MH they never ordered as well as threatening legal action against these "hackers," plus froze all Zenpool withdrawals until they could seize any BTC profits resulting from their mistake.

Someone has to pay for GAW's mistake! Wink  Zenpool is excellent at loss-sharing when it needs to be, then poor at profit-sharing when they are making "twice as much as needed for daily payouts."

GAW ripped funds from customers bank accounts without their authorization.

It's credit card fraud, simple as that.
