Shucks, I only have 381 rep. But then they booted me a month ago - I think.

Gunna take you a while too since the up votes are capped at 20 a day

I think upvotes are not capped, only hashpoints given for upvotes are capped (does that even work now?)

https://cloud.zenminer.com/balance

The cyberlizard stated it the other day. Id dig it up but cant be bothered.  But yes he did state it.

My last upvote was around 7am yesterday according to my balance, but I have earnt about 30 in the last hour with fishing for votes/hp by saying what the masses want to hear. (yes its that easy fishing for free money off the plebs)

Check if you're in your own account. Maybe you got Craig's cookies.

OK gonna give Suchmoon his tinfoil hat back.  Wink

So that's who took it. You can keep it, I don't need it in my bomb shelter Smiley

Today's food for thought will be themed "TOS's, NDA's, and how they can work for us"...

Remember, the "terms" of any service and/or contract are only as good as that medium's weakest point. This also works in both directions. Typically, almost all NDA's are mutual in nature and require both agreeing parties to play by the same rules; where the disclosing party (on either side) has the embargo powers over the receiving party's handing of the information entrusted to them. With that said, if the information being disclosed to the receiving party can be identified as false, misleading, unlawful, or already within the public domain, the embargo terms associated with that information/content become null and void. In other words, good luck finding ANY court having jurisdiction over the terms in question siding with disclosing party if the content protection was unenforceable in the first place.

As this all relates to Rackspace and any other service provider GAW/Zen utilizes, such as Amazon's AWS (where I think the real GAW/Zen backend hides), the TOS's and any expressed and/or implied NDA's can be challenged with a simple submission of a "statement of alleged facts" to their compliance/legal departments summarizing with associated [relevant] evidence the belief that their customer (GAW/Zen) is likely using their services to operate an unlawful enterprise within the USA. At the very least, this would initiate an internal investigation and help uncover the true nature of what is really going on behind the scenes and how much substance really exists in Mr. Garza's claims about Rackspace and others causing all these issues.

Technically, the same approach can be pursued with any of their service providers ranging from their utility company to their local city government who issues their business license.

Summary:
The rules of legitimate business are in effect to protect and work for legitimate business, not those only masquerading as a legitimate business while skirting past those rules. This applies to everything from incorporation, operation, and legal. These days, the corporate vial is not what it used to be and transparency is the new standard.

This may earn me another C&D letter or worse, but if it gets to the point of depositions, I look forward to asking a few of my own questions to Mr. Garza under oath.

Another awesome new and fanciful claim from your friend and mine, Homero J. Garza.  Grin

Quote from: Homero Garza
Our devs have requested that we no longer give specific times for upgrades. When we do, it crashes rackspace cluster and maxes out their pipes.

Zencloud is acting weird as usual.

I tried to login, asked for sms which didn´t arrive so I asked again

finally it arrived so I entered it and got 401 Error, probably because

it wasn´t valid anymore, had been superseded by the later one.

Then I simply tried https://cloud.zenminer.com/balance

and got in no problem and no stinkin 2fa, courtesy of cookies no doubt.

Same here,I just backspaced the address to cloud.zenminer.com & my account showed up just like I logged in......very strange  Roll Eyes

But I'm in my account at least......& I can't list any miners for sale, hope they fix this shit soon!!!!!!!!  I gotta sell & cash out ASAP!!!!  Cheesy

Here's a theory - They're intentionally crashing the system to set expectations. That way when people try to cash millions of paycoins for $20/each, they can pull the server plug and blame it on rackspace.

I was so rich and elated when I left GAW that it must have been a sloppy rounding error.

I've been thinking they are doing this rather to frustrate everyone enough that when they make amends with handing over big bags of playcoins, they will be accepted and all BTC will be forgotten.

Today's food for thought will be themed "TOS's, NDA's, and how they can work for us".
...

More good stuff.

The reality I think is that he is really a non-entity. A nobody. Rackspace, Walmart, Target, others.  don't see him as a threat, not even a nuisance. He is so inconsequential to them all just as everyone sees him, just another blathering idiot on the internet. More harmless than malicious (for now). Just some goofball small town hick

Rackspace couldn't give a flying fuck if some weirdo called Homero from buttfuckville pretends that their servers are the cause for his pain, as only stated on his shitty little forum with 500 members.

He's a nothing. Just a goof. Just like Cantor Fitzgerald roles their eyes and his mentor says oh it is just Josh leave him be.

The is the butt of jokes in the board room, the Crypto Currency Clown of 2014, dismissed at  all quarters, there's that goofy Josh Garza again with his fantasies and big dreams.
