Did you guys notice the only time that XPY has volume trading on Cryptsy is when there is a massive sell? Other than that, very irrelevant amounts being traded...

Yeah that's josh selling into his followers. Making his family's Christmas...  Getting a nice winter place in Aspen. Homero says thanks on the slopes!

Can everybody shut the fuck up about your "who's E-peen is bigger" betting competition already?

Has anybody looked through the minting process on the chain and if the prime controllers are doing what GAW told us?

this addresss : https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/address.dws?82499.htm

is labeled as a "Prime", so it looks like it spat out :

398.198539 XPY [Stake]

so far in the staking period.

(Not sure if that's what Primes are "supposed to do", but at least it shows they are creating coins from thin air - that should help the price a lot, wow!  Roll Eyes
times this by 20$ u rl think gaw has that much capital they cant even flat out say yes well put up a 20$ floor with the current xpy in the wild keep in mind this is with less then a week of stakeing my speculation if gaw cant pump xpy to 25$ there forced to take the hit directly if its 25$ on the exchange then paybase wont be under direct fire cause gaw will prob say even though xpy is worth 25$ we only buy for 20$ or some bs btw 398k out of thin air is pure madness even joker would say your crazy
ps i sold btc for 326 its at 318 now Wink my buy orders at 317 changed to 318

If someone bought a bunch of Hashlets in the past month or two with a credit card, would it be reasonable to chargeback the purchase? Or, should they view it as an investment that went belly up?
Most people buy miners (including cloud miners) and leave them alone to accrue coins. Problem is, in this case, the company changed course and no longer works to make those miners profitable. Thus, the investment was made relying on a false premise. On the other hand, maybe a person should monitor their investments on a daily basis.

In conclusion, should those that bought with credit card attempt chargebacks? Or, since many people paid with Bitcoin, maybe a class action suit would be more appropriate (because more people could participate) for anybody that made a Hashlet purchase in the past couple months under those false premises and before the company changed course from mining to whatever this PayStaking scheme is going on now.

Or, do nothing, as sometimes in life people get screwed over and should use it as a lesson learned and move on?

The way GAW is going I would suggest turning mining back on for XPY and Let people sell and trade it on open markets. Keep there trap shut about 20.00 coin. Let it run at the market value. Use there influence to make a front end for the coin - Wallet debit card. Keep the 1 % from the wallet transactions and 2% from the cards to pay the stakers and be done with it. Probably the smart thing to do and keep the coin running. Also might give it a little legitimacy to run along with bitcoin.

Not exactly paycoin.. but with the whole gaw theme and their zen cloud setup.. Yeah.. selling my scrypt hashlets immediately!! for exactly what I paid for them on the hashlet market..

Current payouts.. .00000001 BTC /day!!!

Device Name
CleverPool Hashlet (CleverHashlet)
Power
1 MH
BTC Payout
0.00024885 BTC
Maintenance Fee
-0.00024884 BTC

Device Name
ZenHashlet 1 (ZenHashlet)
Power
1 MH
BTC Payout
0.00032938 BTC
Maintenance Fee
-0.00032937 BTC

So unless your miners are free of maintenance fees.. drop em!

The genesis hashlets are still good.. just not as cheap per gh/s as some places..

Device Name
GenesisHash Pool (Hashlet Genesis)
Power
10 GH
BTC Payout
0.00012750 BTC
Maintenance Fee
-0.00006221 BTC

This is more on the paycoin subject..

My 1 hashstaker will pay out 1 paycoin after 90 days which if worth 20 bucks and will only net a profit of 5 dollars after you factor in the cost of the staker.. I could easily make that in buying more asic miners.. and it would be forever!

Device Name
Paycoin Staker 1 (HashStaker)
Max Balance
1 XPY
Stake Payout
0.00991440 XPY

This is good, thank you for pointing it out.

Quote
@GAWCEO they are not supposed to be there

Quote
@GAWCEO you could have, we are not going to reverse. They should be off now Smiley

Yet they still are there at least 4 hours since first reported. Reminiscent of Primes going "out of stock" back in October. They are so rare, grab some for $70 while you can.

And this is interesting if someone wants to do some math:

Quote
@GAWCEO There are about 5 times less HashStakers than XPY...... Smiley

That would make it ~2.4 million HashStakers and about 23 thousand XPY in daily payouts, or nearly half a million USD per day if we are to believe the official valuation.

POS coin wont have upper limit as BITCOin or litecoin and will in fact infinitely grow in quantity over time? like USD...

No one knows for sure because one company controls the coin and is acting in a very schizophrenic fashion with many last minute changes. From the way it looks their will be no hard limit on total supply if they survive but I suspect there will be a limit dictated by a bankruptcy or closure.
