OXBTC..com manages a maximum 8/8, just like their predecessors Zeus and Halley.

To be fair they named themselves "zero multiplied by your BTC" Grin

Something else one needs to consider before they buy a contract.  may look great now.. But wait till the halving kicks in and price doesnt go up till they are able close out all the contracts (if it goes up at all.. surely wont be double imo) i feel its most likely priced in for the most part... Even hashnest is a bad bet now.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1424240.0

Although it hardly bears mentioning as it's an embarrassingly poor attempt at a scam, hourlycoins.biz/ Hourly Coins Ltd. scores the maximum.

This is far beyond cloud mining scam, this enters outright HYIP territory. It's obvious that they want to lure in as many bitcoins as possible before running away with it all.

This is far beyond cloud mining scam, this enters outright HYIP territory. It's obvious that they want to lure in as many bitcoins as possible before running away with it all.

Expect more of this crossover scamming, MLM/trad HYIP - Bitcoin with wide exposure thru social media and hugely inflated claims about growth of investor numbers.
Bitcoin is the new 'Forex', just another Dark Arts label to attract the moths to the flame.

What does below statement means?

Contract length: Until is Profitable.

like once we started receiving profit, contract gets ended?

This means that when increase of mining difficulty or decrease of BTC price will make mining unprofitable, mining rigs will be turned off.

Ps. Keeping advertising hashocean in signature you risk "red trust". Check list in OP.

Stunningly uninformative website. As you say HashOcean clone, apparently using their email database to 'invite' investors.
All over the HYIP boards.
Why even bother to think about giving them money, unless they do something radical like actually provide proof of anything?

I could proofe my mining rig and let people invest all in one mining rig, and then .... Never mind, was intended as a joke  Grin
cloudminer.io had some nice pictures of their "mining rig" and offered these contracts too, so, go get some gear and solo mine for your fortune  Shocked Roll Eyes

For Advertisement. PM me to discuss.

My big concern is that if the BTC price trend will keep going up we will start to see all these new cloud mining schemes. It's good that this thread will always be here as a nice memory of what could happen.

Cant agree more with you, what about nicehash dot com?

ps: bitmach missing too (very likely ponzi)

The sad thing of those cloud ponzies, is when you look at their wallet. Both these websites I am going to list down are almost 100% scam if not 100% scam but their wallet keeps getting bigger and bigger ,now this websites show last transactions on their website to claim legitimacy to noobs. Stay away from all of these or you will never see your money (Bitcoin) again.

Hashocean
Bitsrapid
Coindig
Cldmine
Topmine

These are the most known ponzies and being promoted heavily in every HYIP out there, we have to warn people to not lose money in these thieves.

SAVE YOUR BTC NOW DON'T INVEST A SINGLE PENNY ON THOSE WEBSITES AND THEY ALL SHOULD BE CONSIDERED 8/8 PONZIES

Sorry for capital letters but is a warning for all the noobs thinking about investing there.

nicehash is not a ponzi, they're just a rental site. You pay for hashrate, you use it on any pool you want.

I have no idea about the other one you mentioned.

Thank you guys, I am not so noob, at least out of here.
Luckily I had been able to meet a person who already warned me about many illegit scams and not only in mining with too high returns.

I am developing some italian guidelines to help people with also what I am finding here, warning and spreading the word with updated infos Smiley

Hi guys!

Just two points of information:

1) Topmine.io needs to be added to the list - (I currently have 10usd in it but this is as I enjoy gambling on these kind sites)
The site fulfills a full 8/8, and even pay users in DogeC just for visiting  Huh, I doubt I will see my 10usd again - but hey.

2)NiceHash is legit IMO (NOTE: OPINION is different from FACT), the reason I say so is that I have mined (GPU RIG) through them, they are an               intermediary between sellers and buyers of almost any hashpower, that take their cut from the trade. You can of course never make a profit as a buyer of hashpower, but selling it works out well. I do around 2USD a day using just my crappy R9270 and old ass CPU.  I will honestly never understand why people invest in actual cloudmining (with the idea of making ROI), but then again people are dumb. (Ref: see point 1, where I have 10usd in topmine Undecided)

EDIT: Their little app benchmarks your gear vs real time prices and switches mining algos automatically, quite nice. It is usually more profitable than normal pool mining because of the high rates that buyers pay

Love this thread by the way!

infact cloud mining is very unprofitable nowdays... the problem is that hashpower is never enough even in hashnest and genesis-mining or other legit companies. There's only 1 reliable company I know which offers full power even at different rents price and get some profit...
