Can anybody suggest a microphone recorder that doesn't suck? Windows sound recorder isn't picking up my guitar anymore.
You should get a Mac, much better for this sort of thing.

If you are short on money it would be my advice that you focus on your strengths, your banking business and your music career, and make sure to put any money available towards a Mac before purchasing an inventory of illegal drug paraphernalia for resale. You will also find more success if you entirely cease taking any mind altering substances and strive for clarity.

That is a common distortion of reality many addicts experience.

I thought I found some of your stuff on the web, and it suggested to me that you are actually creating your glass products... True?

Drug users are severely lacking in creativity because of the damage to their minds so I would guess that there are a large number of distributors of this illegal material who unoriginaly use "Dank" in their names in some form. Unless told otherwise I would not assume it is him based on a simple Google search.

Rarity, most of the most creative musicians used cannabis Many musicians have fallen prey to drug abuse, it has killed far too many. It is the source of their destruction, it only dulls their natural talents from what they could have been. As great as they are, they could have been better. Many more musicians with talent ended up broke in the gutter from drug abuse than made it big.

Who would have thought people would get in trouble for having an actual business model. I think the only trouble here is that some loud ass mofo think the business model is illegal. It isn't (AFAIKT*). Hints of actual + economic activity (creation of something) are here, as opposed to all the 0 sum bullshit on the rest of this forum. *NOT AN ENDORSEMENT OF DANK BANK

Many Sociopaths were touched by and open mouth kissed by their fathers, well into their teens. Do you remember 'bath time' and how it was a 'secret' ? ......always wondering why none of your other 14 year old friends were as lucky as you ? Other 'Special' times as well, including but not limited to: 'Pitching a tent-Tuesdays' ? 'Mock-wedding-Wednesdays' ? 'through-the-back-door-Thursdays' ? 'Fox-in-the-henhouse-Fridays' ? Do you see ? Do you see ? DO YOU SEE ?

I don't care if you create your products yourself or not. As long as there's something new added to the world. If you're basing at least *SOME* of your BTC investments in *REAL* economic activity (instead of all the made-up paper so prevalent in teh BTC "economy"), YOU GO!

Way to go feds! You really kicked the shit out of...out of...55 rural rednecks in Iowa & Pennsylvania. State officials refused to participate! Grats feds. WAR ON DRUGS FTW!! Seriously, if you people were drunk instead of high, you'd realize the stupidity of Operation Pipe Dreams. The only reason it got publicity (& therefore a "Op" name) was they got Chong.

I don't get it. You were just saying this isn't illegal, so how were they convicted for it?

It is always illegal under federal laws. The rules they follow are rules to avoid admitting the criminal nature of their enterprise in public which is how so many head shops (not just OPD) end up shut down. In this case, the owner has already admitted planning to sell to patients in California and in "legal jurisdictions" which shows we are not talking about tobacco products, has admitted he will check no identification or verify ages (even though services to do so are widely available and affordable), and has admitted planning to import (or perhaps even order the manufacture of) the paraphernalia. He has not answered when it was asked if he would report any income from this business to the IRS, I am leaning towards he probably will not given the lack of an answer. This is not an individual who is going to avoid law enforcement.
