crytoclub dude u r spot on. its gonna be a good test lets see what they do and learn im personally selling because they are selling and i can see me getting back in lower then buying holding and staking for the duration. i make mistakes sometimes. might not be the best strategy for you
EDIT if they were holding i would be too in fear of not getting a better price. so remain adaptable bro
Mining rewards will gradually lower for less selling pressure. At this point we have massive volume, and that is what is usually most important to me. As there is a lot of demand and potential. Day trading it actively is usually the best strategy of course, but staking can work well for those of us that can't constantly trade. I am just mining into the wallet and then staking, I will get the most coins for the least effort. If the coin is successful this will work out well.

"Yobit pump alert software" Link in my signature!

Something is screwed with the pos. I have 31,000 coins, and my stake weight is 2961. The network weight is 0. Now its my understanding that MY stake weight varies based on my amount of coins and age..but why is the NETWORK weight 0? Thats not right. If not corrected, this will hurt this coins value badly because that 8% daily interest is only for 21 days, and THAT 21 days has started, but not on my end.

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

I don't know why that is but if someone could help me out with why that is that would be great Your problem is you do not have enough weight. Just send your coins to my wallet and I'll get them staking for you. Just kidding. The POS is not working so there is nothing that you can do unless you are a programmer and can fix the flaw in the code.

I have been having the same problem with the staking of my coins as well. I don't know why that is but if someone could help me out with why that is that would be great This was shared earlier just about 5 posts before yours. I realize there can't be too many stake eligible coins yet, but just wanted to give a heads up that I have some mature coins right now and it's showing my weight as 16 and network weight as 0. Maybe I just need to be patient but it just concerned me because all the other times I have seen network weight 0, it has always meant staking is broken somehow and wallet needed an update. Plus, the money supply is still a nice round number with lots of zeroes which tells me no one else has staked yet either.
Could be nothing, but just wanted to throw that out there in case there is an issue it can be fixed as quick as possible.
Your wallet should stake almost immediately if you are the first with mature coins. Did that happen in the last 15 minutes? yes, me too...and doesn't staking, 1 hour past now...network is on 0 !! Network weight only goes up when POS blocks are found. Right now you're competing against POW blocks, most likely with a tiny amount of coins you've got matured to stake.

I downloaded this file but chrome told me it was malicious. Is this the real deal? What's going on here, thanks! Every wallet is malicious to chrome, if you got it from the main link it should be fine. You have to go do downloads on the lower right and ok it, if you are sure you followed the right link.

Only 4 btc to back at 7000 satoshi level - you know what to do guys buy cheap now I say, then stake for a long time, wait for more development, then hopefully celebrate! Accumulating more. Dev sent premine to OCminer. Lead guy of IPOminer indicated staking issue likely just needs more mature coins and weight, if not, premine is secure and devs have incentive to make this work. Looking a lot safer now to me.

Whoever is chosen as escrow, must back up the wallet.dat, and prove they are staking the coins. Payment for this service will be 5% of the total coins after 3 weeks of staking.
1. i stake coins can i send screenshot of wallet to who?
2. what's process for escrow i must get on some list? or send to who what?
regards
Hrbt

Thanks for helping the newbie First you need to back up your wallet just in case since you already have coins there, then come up with a secure password and encrypt your wallet. after you restart your wallet, open it and unlock it for staking only, then back up your wallet again. do not loose your password, do not loose your wallet.dat file. leave the wallet open for staking only and you should be good. coins will have to mature before the actual staking process begins so it will take time.

Just change the conf file with emoney details. Actually, you dont need a conf file for emoney so you can skip that part. Change all references from 10K to emoney. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=942977.msg10388060#msg10388060

Still not a single person has staked. Clearly this is a bigger issue than just PoS competing with PoW.
Hopefully we can get a fix ASAP, as I purchased and mined coins based on estimations I made on my total share of coins after factoring in compounded interest and PoW blocks being removed from the supply. Thats all kinda thrown off now.

Really? The nethash is 2.2 PH/s. There isn't enough people staking to even come close to competing with that. Even if everyone staked that is mining, the stake weight wouldn't come close. When PoW comes closer to an end and less people mine then PoS will be better. This is not a problem with the coin, or a problem at all. This is by design.
