Does anyone know if the mining software for the MOJO V3 will work on another FPGA with a Spartan 6 chip? Or is it proprietary to that FPGA?

Should work with Xilinx boards or basically anything with Spartan 6 chips that have similar specs/features. Jump on IRC if you have a specific board in mind and ask John, he will happily help. If you are in Europe than these would be also good: http://www.ztex.de/usb-fpga-1/usb-fpga-1.15y.e.html It has 4 Spartan 6 chips on it. Some people were searching for used ones on IRC since people used to mine Bitcoin with these, but they were never really making a ROI on it. Also these FPGAs should have a really long lifespan.

The MojoV3 design is a prototype that will not work on any other FPGA's. The MojoV3 itself while an excellent prototyping board won't yield any significant amount of hash-rate however we are experimenting with other types of boards based off the prototype design. Official VNL Discussion is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1064326.20Thank you for your support.

Thank you for the information - I was going to purchase some FPGA's to start accumulating some hardware. I am glad I asked first. Thanks again. I think it prudent I wait until you guys finish your work. - pokeytex

if you were smart you would be buying up vanilla now, as we are not far away from the implementation of 0 second transactions, which is a big deal.
buy now or buy @ x10 - thats all up to you.

Somewhat big news imo. BTC is the only other coin on Poloniex that requires 1 confirm.

Sadly was away from my comp for 1-2 days, this is huge news, we can now deposit and get confirmed in 1.5-3 minutes. Hope bittrex will follow up soon.

Just staked on my android phone! Other people have as well, but I figured I might as well post proof. Address: Edit: Deleted this. Just remembered bitcointalk's addresses rule. Added pic of address instead. 2nd Edit: If you're wondering why the total on the android phone is slightly different from the total in that address, the answer is change addresses. It's mainly from this tx: https://blockchain.vanillacoin.net/tx/6a09ca331daffb58efcaf34de98861a026677e3c15335e33b1542d1a02e752ce -- 179.99950000 is in a change address in the phone's wallet. Proof of staking: It was from this input:
