Well we are now just waiting to see if AMHash (or AM if you will) fulfills AMHashLC promise (still a question after all these lies) plus returns amhash.com balances that were stolen. After that we'll see what can be done further.

Well, Considering the wallet 1FU3uhBR4bKTavbeiJXdHHs13W5bRjM7DA is already funded, I'd bet that the chances are they intend to fulfill the AMHashLC promise.. It's the cheapest way for them to get absolution from a majority of the smaller hash-rate shareholders.. Larger ones are probably still to disorganized to put together a lawsuit, unless they're already in China..and even then, there is probably a maximum liability to the cost of the gear itself that they owned a portion of. Regardless, roll your dice before April 20th, or you lose your chance to get anything back, unless you own a high-priced lawyer. I still feel that AM itself has to be worth at least a $1/share (asset wise) ... whether anyone else ever see's that value out is a different story.

What assets do you see supporting that valuation? And how valuable could the IP be for the design of a relatively simple chip whose equivalent is mass produced by many manufacturers?

Honestly I am pulling it out of my ass.. If they can contribute the bulk of the AMHash buyout wallet, almost $300,000, My spidey senses say that existing masks plus a very efficient design must be worth about $400,000...or about $1/share.. Even the market on Havelock still values this train wreck at $1.97, so I don't think $1/share is unreasonable... Note that I didnt say we'd ever see it.

I actually don't think that 'real' mask sets do exist at this point. I guess the sample chips (BE300s) were done using a shuttle run and the final mask set for the BE300 haven't even been produced(!!!)

I guess the sample chips (BE300s) were done using a shuttle run No need to guess; The problem with MPW is that we only got 100 chips in hand and we need at least a large part of them for chip-wise variance testing.

Yeah there still could be a final mask set at this point, though and only the money missing to produce the actual chips. But I remain convinced that there exists nothing of that sort, unfortunately

Who is going to invest in them after this scandal with FC and AMHash... And not even that, after they failed to start manufacturing new gen asics. I think this company is done... They will be lucky not to end up it jail and that's it. It's the best AM can hope for now They had their time and now it's gone.

Yeah, the transfer window has only just closed now, I wouldn't necessarily expect a payment today or tomorrow. It's nothing that exciting, anyways... the funds are there, everyone loses. A normal day in Bitcoin securities (sorry for being such a buzzkill...)

Payment Schedule: The total payment to units of AMHashLC will be split into 5 equal installments. The first payment will be provided today. The combined total will be paid out before May 5. AMHASH contract holders can still request swapping until April 30. However we will postpone the manual processing to May 1. Well, I guess, maybe they just want to make everything as complicated as possible and delay everything as much as possible. Not that they will gain much doing so this time, but they are just used to it Wait, or maybe they are afraid that havelock would run if they gave everything at a time...
