The only people left are the people waiting for Gen3. Current divs are irrelevant to them. But yeah, if the tapeout announcement is good and on time, that will further boost the price for sure. I don't really care because I'm not selling, but it looks nice on my spreadsheet Smiley

I think that event "tapeout on schedule" is already implemented in price. In other words, if tapeout is late, share price will go down.

A week's delay isn't going to shock anyone into selling. Most projects aren't done on schedule. What matters is the tapeout is a success this month and we move forwards without any major hiccups.

Thank you, friedcat and burnside!  All my issues on ASICMINER-PT shares have been resolved. Smiley

Does anybody contact friedcat by PM?

I have not received dividends after shares transfer.
While I asked friedcat several times, I have not received any responses over 1 month.
I don't know what problem it is.  I doubt where my shares are.

Someone listed almost 200 shares and bought them themselves.

The ask wall was set up at 372 shares. And the whole lot was bough. Yes, someone bought 200, but all shares went. Either to the same person or to a few different ones.

One issue I never see discussed is the role of the "Institutional investor". That is to say, there are a fair number of funds out there that may (or may not) hold AM shares in their portfolios. It is a bluechip stock in the bitcoin world after all, even with low dividends.

I cannot really state with any certainty what effect they may have, but I would assume it is non-zero.

Not sure there are any established/revered/respected funds (yet) that would create a follower-effect like a Berkshire would in the "real world".

Obviously you have demand concerns, if a large fund wanted to build a 10-20% position of their portfolio in AM..but that would likely be done through direct shares behind the scenes. I'm unsure if there are any funds in existence in the BTC world that are substantial size, +10,000 BTC would do it..
