Some people are in it for the long term divs.  If they didn't sell at 4btc, they're not gonna sell at all.

Edit: there was a message above mine with someone wondering why people don't keep their shares on Havelock so they can sell.   Deleted?

I will glady sell you all of my shares for 4 btc.  Hell, I'll even give you a 25% discount and sell them all at 3 btc.

I would like to see a breakdown of the % of hashrate that is AM's farm, plus the % that is franchisees. some financial reports would be nice.

If AM is able to achieve and maintain 20%, someone may take you up on that.

Question: "Does ASICMINER anticipate being in a position to resume dividends in the month of September?". Can you confirm we will be resuming the weekly dividend model now that the primary BTC income source is from self-mining? (*This question is being asked based on the assumption we will not see a dividend in the next 9 days).

Question: "Does ASICMINER anticipate being in a position to resume dividends in the month of September?".

What is even the point of asking this? friedcat specifically stated he hoped to resume dividends in August, so if that doesn't materialise, what do you hope to gain other than wasting a few peoples time by asking the same thing about September?

I think this sort of thing is why friedcat doesn't bother communicating with us anymore.

Does anybody have a matrix of current miner performance?

Also...feels like AM has no presence in the Hardware thread. You can try to give away diamonds for free but if you don't tell anyone
what you're doing who will show up to take them? The signature campaign is mediocre. I would divert that money toward acquiring
advertising space on the forum and if I already had it I'd just buy more. I'm sure that if the idea to put AM in people's signatures was
presented there would be enough drive coming from the desire for dividends to motivate people to do it for free.

I don't have anything in my signature because I don't post anywhere except here at the current time and it falls on deaf ears regardless.

They havnt had a available miner for a while now, they had to let everyone know they were back in the game somehow

now if they would just get a legit english website to order miners retail style instead of ordering thru a forum we would be good to go with sales

Don't you think this "rounds of questions" are getting a bit annoying? I mean, it's ok to ask for informations and you should as a shareholder, but every week it's the same story. If you don't feel comfortable with the amount of shares you have, so much that you constantly worry about the price, you should have invested less.

It is time to add a clause on the shareholder's agreement:
"You must have a pair of balls / ovaries to invest"

It is because of all this whining that the SEC only allows "Accredited Investors" to invest in high risk investments.
It is not only because of "consumer protection", but protection from whiny unsophisticated ball busters.

Hence the need of a pair of balls.
Don't invest what you can't afford to lose. Period.

BTW, if you want your investment to succeed LET THE FUCKING EMPLOYEEES WORK.
Why on Earth would you even ask them to divert their attention from the actual value building of the very company you invested?

Right now they must be awfully hectic with the packing and the shipping of the orders, and offering support to the issues of actual paid customers.
Do you really want them to attend you instead of providing expeditive customer support?

Do you really want them to jeopardize their business -your investment- to answer your questions that are the equivalent of "are we there yet, are we there yet, are we there yet"? Let them fucking drive.

You'll know when you get there. Look outside the window, the car is moving.
They will notify you if there is anything relevant or an extraordinary event to be notified.

I would be happy if they can set a specific day a month for public updates. And only on reports on what already happened. It would be idiotic to be telegraphing the company's next moves to the competition.

They should have a proper website for sales. If there is some strategy behind the existing one, I'd love to hear it.

If this was directed at me I believe you must not have read my post.

feels like AM has no presence in the Hardware thread

Basically I feel like we need someone from AM to fulfill the role that Guy plays at SP-tech.

they had to let everyone know they were back in the game somehow
I feel like there could have been a better way. That's just my opinion.

The funny part is that Guy is also the CEO of SP-Tech.  No person on this earth is so busy that they can not log on to Bitcointalk and post an update one time per month.
