I should know. I paid 4 BTC for AM shares a year or so ago .....

Didn't you lose all your AM shares when your havelock account got hacked, or did I get people mixed up?

Yes lost them all. Havelock gave me back 50%

If FC can keep pulling rabbits out of his hat like this prisma my investor confidence is no threat. If I were the competition I would feel the threat. I'd be very soon out of work! Kill it!
I'm not even worried. Anticipating divs not even so much. It impresses me the prisma's power efficiency. Over at the hardware thread it's like you can hear the applause and champaign popping.

What I hear is the whoosh of wind leaving the profitability sails of other miner manufacturers. It is pretty clear FC is opening a bag of hurt on the SP35 and others. I wouldn't want to try to compete with the cost reduction capabilities of Chinese manufacturers.

It was early after the announcement. Of course it only took a few hours for all the whiners and cassandras to come out and play. This is a good miner, better than the competition. Anyway, I'm going to interpret prisms as great news so phooey on you!

Confirmation of share transfer from friedcat is the only way to verify direct share ownership until the next dividend is paid.  Once the dividend comes out we will be able to see how many shares are assigned to each public address.

I plan on updating this spreadsheet of shareholders once the dividend comes out:

You can also see the amount of each dividend in BTC paid per share since July 17, 2013, on Havelock:

Why FC still trying to sell high performance miner(Prisma miner)?
He can run self-mining using them.

With BTC prices being down he makes more selling than mining.  He is selling them for more than they can mine after electric costs.

Friedcat's current decision is similar to the BDD market right now, made ever more crucial by the fiat rate and the fact he has inventory on hand to "SELL"

How do you know that he is not?  He might even be self-mining using even higher-density boards like with datatank.

No, there won't be any stratum problem using cgminer with Raspberry PI.

So, we now have software that doesn't have the stratum problem. Meanwhile, the 2.4PH/s btcguild userid 566620 has disappeared in the past 48 hours, causing btcguild pool hash rate to dip significantly. And the 1H7FpBV8huVmPvt5eRzszAkgnERH2FaWvq address which luffy27 and others speculate to belong to AM has likewise stopped receiving payouts.

Disclaimer: correlation != causation.

This might have to do with my ealier prediction that AM's hashrate will soon be large enough to start self-mining again. They might be quitting BTCGuild in order to prepare for self-mining.

Disclaimer: Very speculative.
