Stupid coin. Inprofessional team not conforting investors

This is fucking ridiculous, market manipulation at its finest, walls were purposely set twice and crashed the price hard twice, screwing investors short and long term, At this rate AMPS peak will be 10,000 SATOSHI if that.

Can AMP respond to give some comfort for investors that bought at the crowdsale? I know the price may never see 30,000 again mabye we can suffer a 15% loss or 20% but at this rate this is absolutely scary. 50?!%

Given, that AMP is an amazing project and I do see massive potential but now we are rivaling with Zcash.

I flat out feel like I am going to vomit, Crypto Currency is starting to really show its true colors. To much manipulation, When you are developing a coin I believe its in your best interest to not screw over the initial investors making you who you are.

This is awful man. To much evil in this world.

I want to correct some misconceptions apparent in your posts.

1) The name of the project is Synereo, not AMP. AMPs are one part of the project, which is quite large in scope, only meant to serve a purpose in the technological tools and apps Synereo is creating.
2) People who have purchased AMPs are not investors, and AMPs do not hold within them any financial promise. This is clearly mentioned in our communications and was discussed in the terms and conditions of the sale that one had to approve of before participating in the sale.
3) Synereo's business is not providing comfort to people who have purchased AMPs, but rather to develop specific tools discussed in the roadmap we have presented prior to the sale, culminating in a basis for a decentralized economy and the creation of a functional dApp ecosystem.

Yes yes my friend, I understand these things. Except people who purchased AMPS are investors otherwise you would call it a donation.

It is just bad reputation for you guys coming from the buyers of AMP's when crowd sale is 24000+ and price is almost half...

Were you trying to "get rich quick" by ico flipping? If not, why do you feel shorted? Synereo's current marketcap is $8million... 1/3rd of dogecoins marketcap ffs. It WILL go up. I would bet my balls on it. Just hodl and sell in 1.3 years when their social layer is released for a 20x-50x profit.

How can you not call us investors... This is not a donation, this is sad. These are the things that will move people away from crypto and fear the real world from coming in.

I'm pretty sure they're legally required to state that this is not an investment. I think if they were to call this an investment it would carry with it certain legal requirements and stipulations. You're essentially just trading one digital coin for another digital coin - and bitcoin is currently in a gray area and not yet defined as currency. Therefore it really isn't an "investment". If I trade you 10 chickens for 2 cows - is that an "investment"?

Go back to poloniex trollbox... No one legitimately cares about another crypto project that attempts solve the currency problem and compete against 1000 other cryptos doing the same... All it is is hype, and unfortunately many stupid people will lose their money because of hype like this.

I am laughing at this thread. Three weeks ago 1000+ people supported the project. They poured in $4.7 Million. Now the team has funding, they are hiring, and everything is all good. Now with some obvious market manipulation the price has fell.

Nothing has changed. Awesome team capable of changing the way the internet works. Good job team. Focus on building products not this thread.

stupid to blame the devs. noone forced you to buy. with investments there are risks. a BTC rise was on the cards, that's why I personally held back on the crowdsale. short term is dire, it'll take a while to get out of the downward trend, but this time next year, if the team delivers on its deadlines, prices will be much higher than they were in crowdsale.
personally I'm happy that the synereo team collected the 4.7m it needed....or the project would have been doomed without funds. that would have been the worst outcome for everyone.

BTC only went from ~$630 to $686.  I don't think a $56 (aka 8.8%) increase qualifies as "sky rocketing".  Compared to the BTC price during the original crowdsale, ~$230, BTC really did "sky rocket" to $630 at the same time AMP sky rocketed from ~600 sats to ~30k sats.  If a 2.73x increase in BTC didn't prevent AMP from increasing by a 50 multiple, I don't think a 8.8% increase in BTC is causing this "panic selling".  My opinion on what is happening is that certain naive individuals expected a significant increase in the AMP price immediately after the crowdsale concluded.  When they realized that it might not occur immediately they all started panic selling causing this decline and are pointing their fingers at imaginary "whales" when in reality they should be looking in the mirror and pointing it at themselves.

Protip: Let me give you nervous Nellies some advice... Anyone who was smart enough to become a whale early on in this venture isn't selling for the pocket change prices you see right now.  The whales are the accumulators at these prices and the sellers are the saps.

Yup, a real whale know the value of AMP tokens and it's potential. AMPs can grow more than this. Traders who are looking to make some quick bucks are going to be left behind, they are the people who are complaining and crying. In any project, only the true supporters and investors will be rewarded.

There is hardly any Zcash. Zcash still has to prove itself. Even the creators say Zcash might be full of flaws. And even if Zcash works perfect, I don't see why this should cause any problem to Synereo project in the long run. Synereo has nothing to do with anonymous transactions. Both coins have a completely different purpose. It can only impact AMP in the short term, but not in the long run. In fact, I hope it does impact AMP in the short term. I will buy more cheap AMP.

Completely different projects doing completely different things,
Its like comparing a car manufacturer to a boat manufacturer & saying only one will survive.

I am fairly sure someone out there who decided to wait untill after the crowdsale to buy is going to fill that gap.
