I don't see any innovation here. Looks like mumbojumbo with some MLM info-graphics. Clearly a repeat of the Get Gemz scam.
You are right. I got this link from reddit and the guy posting it was too positive about it. I didn't read the link but just trusted the comments he made. Now that I read it, I notice they still don't have anything either. Anyway, it is good to follow it and compare with AMP to see which of the 2 progresses faster.

I am liking the idea behind this coin but judging from some opinions here it looks like I should stay away from it.

Is there any upcoming news or announcement to make the coin price move upwards If you think that this is a pump and dump coin then you are greatly mistaken. This project could be the next step in social media, a total restructuring on how business and social media will interact with eachother, empowering people not just advertisers.

I just found about this: https://basicattentiontoken.org/bat-mercury-pre-launch-technical-update/Now you can see how bad Synereo has progressed in the past 4 years. BAT will already launch a working product on october 6. A fully working product, not a chrome extension. These are the hard facts. If Synereo doesn't gear up, they will lose the social media battle in crypto space. hello, that is fine but can you also tell why this BAT doesn't have bitcointalk thread

It's good and fast but not that much different from Chrome. To use BAT to tip content creators, you have to use Brave. Mostly everyone uses Chrome so they don't have to switch browsers in order to use Wildspark. You can't earn from tipping content creators with the BAT token like you can with AMP. In my opinion, BAT's tipping platform won't gain traction unless the team made a Chrome extension and gave users some sort of incentive as well. Your thoughts?

Chrome extensions seem to be the rage... Looks like someone has created a YouTube Chrome extension (Similar to Wildspark) for the Steem blockchain, https://steemir.com/No ICO. No Crowdsale. No new token. No fanfare. How novel.

In my opinion, BAT's tipping platform won't gain traction unless the team made a Chrome extension and gave users some sort of incentive as well. Your thoughts? Well said, plus I believe there was some hassle with Brave that some newspapers were not happy with the adblocking/adswitching stuff that Brave was trying to implement: http://www.businessinsider.com/newspaper-publishers-send-cease-and-desist-to-brave-browser-2016-4https://www.quora.com/Will-the-threatened-lawsuit-against-Brave-the-browser-manage-to-shut-it-downKind of the same as Ablock was sued recently: https://www.neowin.net/news/adblock-plus-sued-by-german-marketing-companiesIt seems like blocking & tinkering ads for commercial reasons can be a basis for lawsuit. But only for commercial reasons, it seems like adblockers like Ublock and things like that that operate noncomercially are fine. This is because Adblock got greedy and they started charging money for whitelisting ads, which is pretty shameful, so maybe those companies felt ripped off that is why they did that. So it looks like it's not wise to mess up the ad system for profit.
Wildspark is not in danger here in my opinion. Their platform just totally ignores the ad system, whatever those websites would use, so even if you block ads (or if you are a content creator and your audience blocks ads) you can still make money via the Wildspark platform. It has nothing to do with ads basically. It's a very genius design in my opinion. Synereo is obviously better than BAT.

To use BAT to tip content creators, you have to use Brave. Mostly everyone uses Chrome so they don't have to switch browsers in order to use Wildspark. Brave looks more like Firefox than Chrome. Everyone has its own preferences but personaly I prefer firefox over Chrome. At the moment it looks odd to use another browser but maybe that's the purpose. If they are succesful then people could dump Chrome and Firefox and use Brave instead. But anyway, I don't think the "they don't use Chrome" is a reason for them to fail. But anyway, the whitepaper states the following: The BAT will, in early stages, be specifically tied to Brave browsers and Brave servers, along with verified publishers. So it is not set in stone that it will only work for Brave. This is just in early stages. Just like WildSpark now only works for Chrome but might in the future be extended to work on other browsers. You can't earn from tipping content creators with the BAT token like you can with AMP. In my opinion, BAT's tipping platform won't gain traction unless the team made a Chrome extension and gave users some sort of incentive as well. Your thoughts? I don't think this is true. I see following formula in the whitepaper: Publisher revenue = Advertiser buy in - User share - Brave placement share. I don't understand 100 % how it works but it looks to me that the money comes from the advertiser and that the user gets a share of the advertisement money when he surfs a page on which an addvertisement is displayed. So rewards here will work different than Steemit or WildSpark but users will be rewarded also.

Dor Konforty needs a whole team and a few years.

I already bought this coin. I look at their history and they seemed to have some major pumps especially last year where it happened twice. This year it was June and I am hoping there will be another major bullish trend once crypto market stabilizes.

They just dont get their shit together. Without a very impresive release this coin is dying because there isnt much trust left from the communtiy.

Maybe they don't have to. Many people here were talking extremely positive about everything. If your investors are giving you positive feedback than you might think you are progressing just fine.

I think this cartoon is appropriate. They are bagholders and lost touch with reality.

Still progressing, many bugs fixed, new features added and marketing hype is round the corner glad to hear it's still being developed I wish fraudsters who collect money through ICO and do not deliver what they promised had only two alternatives: either refund investors or go to jail. As easy as that. They just ruin everything scamming out people...
