Not sure but we can imagine your account being hacked, the hacker asking for a loan in the Lending section of the forum. If something is unusual (reset password / changed email recently), someone would ask for a signed message from a staked BTC address. The hacker could use your message again pretending it's fresh.

But I agree, this is probably some excessive paranoia

I verified using Visual Studio Code.
Previously, you needed first to install bitcoinjs-lib and bitcoinjs-message to be able to use it.

The Debug Console tab will display a false message if the verification results are invalid.

If you add a posting bot to it, I could use LoyceBot to quote and verify the posts
I had a posting bot years ago, but it stopped working. I tried several times after that, but never could get a reliable system to post.
